Stop Eating These 3 Popular Foods In Excess, They Are Bad For Your Eyes
~2.1 mins read
The things we consume into our body system play a huge part in our health. That is why it is very pertinent to watch the kinds of foods we take in. You may be someone with a particular eye problem, but because you may be ignorant about the foods that are bad for the health of the eye, you may still be eating them. The eyes are one of the most important parts of the body because they are what we see through. Hence, it is important to take proper care of them.

This article would be highlighting 3 foods you should avoid if you want the best for your eyes.

1 White or Plain colored foods: You are conversant with these type of food, they are mostly starchy foods. They are rice, noodles, white bread, etc.It has been discovered that these kinds of food do not benefit the eye in any way. They are carbohydrates that merely just provides the body with energy. Hence, if you would want to continue taking these foods then you should ensure that you eat them along with a lot of greens. It has been discovered that a large number of people just cook their noodles and add the spice to it without adding healthier food materials to it, this is very bad for your eye.

Also consuming excess of these kinds of food can lead to an excess amount of glucose in the body. Excess glucose in turn can form plaques that can block the blood vessels connected to the eyes.

2 Foods with excess cholesterol: These foods are commonly consumed by lots of people. However, these foods can lead to the damage of the eyes. Excess cholesterol in the body system is known to form lumps that end up blocking the blood vessels that are responsible for passing blood to the eyes. This can lead to blurry vision, and if it continues for a long time, can lead to blindness. This is majorly because the eye is an organ of the body that works with constant supply of blood. Hence, if there happens to be anything that stops blood from being supplied to the eyes, the effect might be very bad for the eyes.

3 Red Meat:Red meat has been discovered to contain the highest amount of salt among the foods that humans consume, and one of the reasons for this is because salt is used to preserve meat. However, when the salt level in your diet is high, it can lead to the retention of water, and this can happen when you consume excess red meat. Also the more salt content present in your body, the more chances of you getting a high blood pressure. When a person doesn’t treat his/her high blood pressure, it can in turn lead to eye disease.

HOW TO PREPARE BREAD WITH FRYPAN
~1.9 mins read
The methodology of preparing soft 🍞 bread with frypan can never be over emphasis, without  delay the following are the simple process and ingredients required to get it done, viz:

Ingredients

3 Cups flour plus about a handful for kneading

3 Tablespoon Melted Butter

1 Tbs Yeast

1 Teaspoon Salt

2 cups warm water

1 Cup Warm Milk

1/4 Cup Sugar

1/4 cup vegetable oil

Instructions

In a large bowl, dissolve the sugar in warm water and then stir in yeast. Allow to proof until yeast resembles a creamy foam, about 5 minutes.

Add flour, milk, melted butter, oil and salt and begin to mix with your hands until a mass of sticky soft dough is formed.

Transfer the Dough to a lightly floured surface and knead dusting the table with a little bit of flour at a time to prevent the dough from sticking to your work surface until it’s smooth and elastic about 10 minutes by hand.

Place the Dough inside a very large oiled Bowl (making sure you smear some oil on the surface of the Dough to prevent it from drying out) and cover with a damp cloth or nylon. Place in a warm place to rise for one hour or until it's doubled in size.

After one hour, bring out the dough and punch it down to remove the excess air. Don't overbeat it and turn it out onto a lightly floured surface. Divide the dough into 4 equal pieces, and form into round balls.

Prepare frying pans by greasing them with oil.

Place the shaped dough inside the prepared loaf pans, cover and leave to rise for 10 minutes.

After 10mins brush the dough with liquid milk

Place the pan on a low heat and cook for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes flip it to the other side and cook for additional 10 minutes or till a toothpick inserted in the middle of the bread comes out clean.

Put it down, allow it to cool and serve, God bless you all, wishing you happy bread making, thanks.

Wife's Action Without Husband's Notice
~1.7 mins read
Dear All,Greetings from here. Just needing a piece of positive counsel here. It has been subtle and recurrent but I decided to share this particular one.My wife travelled for a burial with my kids without my knowledge. I travelled far away for work and call home everyday. Just recently I called very early in the morning to tell my wife I will be coming home by weekend, she somewhat sounded surprised and said instead of me coming on Friday I should come on Sunday.I didn't say anything,I pretended not to be angry with that. Yet I immediately did a cash transfer for feeding and balance for the kids school fees that same morning we were discussing.Later in the evening,I expected her to call and update me on the fees payment, but I didn't receive any call,I then had to call but her lines were all switched off,at this point I was worried especially when I couldn't talk to the kids.I then called a neighbor to help me check if they are at home only to confirm they travelled for burial which the neighbor got to know from a phone conversation between my wife and her sister. At this point, I called my wife's brother only to confirm that they were having a burial in their village, which I am not aware of,even as an inlaw.Right now am very upset and I don't want to act in anger, please how can I react to this conspiracy between her and her family carrying my car with my kids to a distant village for burial without my knowledge.
