The Change Mantra.
If you change nothing, nothing will definitely #change π.
Change is one thing that is inevitable in life, yet many people tend to resist it. People often prefer to stay glued to the most familiar and comfortable, yet untrue realities, even if it means staying in situations where no real comfort exist. It is however relevant to know that change can be a catalyst for growth and development. Learn to explore how to embrace #change that will take you to greater heights and expand your #abilities and #selfworth π.
Change brings #creativity and innovations. When new challenges or situations are being encountered, the human brain is activated and forced to proffer solutions. This is due to the brains wired nature and it seeks to create novel experiences and further adapts to such changes afterwards. When a person embrace change, it creates the opportunity to seldom use newer ideas in a natural way and innovations in ways that could be considered impossible π.
Change exposes the mind to new #perspectives. When you are limited to same experience especially within your comfort zone, you're bound to interact with same kinds of minds, solve same problem over always, and often prompt to act in no different way. However, when the human mind gets exposed to new people, new things, new environment, and new perspectives of life, the mind's horizon is broaden and it can help individuals to see the world differently and in a new way. Change brings about #learning from others and expanding the breadth of one's knowledge π.
Though change can be very uncomfortable and painful, sometimes it builds resilience. You build resilience when you are faced with obstacles, and your mind learns to adapt, pivot and persevere. This present you with invaluable skills that play important roles in your professional life as it births great confidence and self-esteem π.
Change many values are immeasurably unnumbered, as there's no limit to it's relevance and the experiences accompanied with it. So when next you're faced with a challenge, embrace it and see where it takes you while you put the mind at work. You could get a surprise in the π.

Why Do We Have Ghost Members On WhatsApp Group π€π€
~0.6 mins read
It's another wonderful time to discuss certain issues.
This time around, it's about how people are not really participating and contributing to their various WhatsApp group in which they belong.
Sometimes, you can have over 250 members on a WhatsApp group and only few members will be active.
When people do this, the name given to this act of not being active in a group is GHOSTING.
I know that you too reading this post would have experienced such things.
Here's my question and I want you all to contribute:
Why are we having ghost members on WhatsApp group?
What are the reasons behind people ghosting on WhatsApp groups?
Kindly chare your opinions in the comments section.
Thank you β€οΈβ€οΈβ€οΈ

ENTHUSIASTS
~6.0 mins read
A very poor newly wedded, young couple lived in a small farm. One day, the husband made the following proposal to his wife:
- My love, I will leave the house. I will travel far away, get a job and work hard in order to come back and give you the comfortable life that you deserve. I shall not be in touch with you while I am away. I do not know how long I will stay away, I only ask one thing, please wait for me, and while I am away, you should be far.
So the young man left. He walked many days until he found a good hearted, honest and wise farmer, who was in need of someone to help him.
The young man offered his services to the wise employer. He was accepted.
Thereafter, he discussed the terms with his employer:
- Let me work for as long as I want and when I think I should go home, please relieve me of my duties. I do not want to receive my salary. I ask you to save it for me, until the day I leave. The day I decide to go, please give me the money and I will go my way.
They agreed on that. So, the young man worked for twenty years without holiday and without rest.
After twenty years, one fine day, he came to his employer and said:
- Sir, can I have my wages? I have decided to return home.
The old employer replied:
- All right, after all, I made a deal with you and I will stick to it. However, before you go I want to offer you something new: I will give you all your money and send you away; or I will give you 3 pieces of advice and send you away. If I give you the money, I do not give you the 3 pieces of advice. And if I give you the 3 pieces of advice, I will not give you the money. Now, go to your room and think about your answer.
The man thought for two days. Then he went to the employer and told him:
- I want the 3 pieces of advice.
The old man stressed again:
- If I give you the 3 pieces of advice, I will not give you the money.
And the man replied:
- I have lived with you and learned everything from you. That is enough. I shall be able to make a good life with all the experience. I only want the 3 pieces of advice.
The wise old employer then told him:
- No. 1: Never take shortcuts in your life, shorter and unknown paths can cost your life.
- No. 2: Never be too curious, for curiosity towards evil can be deadly.
- No. 3: Never make decisions in moments of anger or pain, because when you repent, it could be too late.
After giving these 3 pieces of advice, the old employer said to the man, lovingly:
- Here son, I am giving you 3 loaves of bread, out of which these 2 are for you to eat during the journey and the last which is packed separately, is for you to eat with your wife when you get home. Go and be well.
So, the man went his way, after twenty years away from home and from his wife, whom he loved so much.
After the first day of travel, he found a man who greeted him and asked:
- Where are you going?
He replied:
- To a distant place which is about 20 days away if I continue walking.
The man said to him:
- Ol' boy, this path is too long! I know a shortcut that is very safe and you will arrive in 5 days only.
The man began to follow the path suggested until he remembered the first piece of advice. Then, he returned and followed the long path. Days later he learned that the shortcut led to an ambush.
After a few more days of travel, he found an inn by the roadside, where he could rest. He paid for a room and after taking a bath he lay down to sleep.
During the night he woke up as he heard a terrifying scream. He rose to his feet and went to the door to check what happened. As he was opening the door, he remembered the second piece of advice. Therefore he returned, lay down and slept again.
At dawn, after breakfast, the owner of the lodging asked him if he had not heard the scream at night. He affirmed that he heard it.
Then, the host said:
- Were you not curious to see what happened?
And he replied:
- No, I was not.
Then the host said:
- You are the first guest to leave this inn alive. In the night a demon shouts and screams to call the attention of the wayfarers. When the curious guests go outside the inn to check, he kills them and drags their bodies into the forest to eat them.
The man continued his long journey, eager to arrive soon. After many days and nights walking, he was very tired, but he finally saw his house far away.
It was night. He saw some light coming out of the window of his house and was able to see the silhouette of his wife. But he also saw that she was not alone. He came closer and saw there was a man with her. She softly caressed his hair.
When he saw that scene, his heart was filled with hatred and bitterness.
He decided to rush at and kill them both mercilessly. However, he took a deep breath and he remembered the third piece of advice.
Then he stopped, reflected and decided to sleep outside that night. He slept in the midst of the bushes, determined to make a decision the next day.
At dawn, he was calmer and thought:
- I will not kill my wife and her lover. I am going back to my boss to ask him to take me back. But before I go, I want to tell my wife that I have always been faithful to her.
He went to the front door and knocked. When his wife opened the door and recognized him, she cried and embraced him warmly.
He tried to push her away, but he was not able to.
Then, with tears in his eyes he asked her:
- Who is the man that you were with yesterday?
And she said:
- That man is your son. When you left, I discovered I was pregnant. Today, he is twenty years old.
Hearing that, the man cried. He thanked his employer for all his advice.
His wife called out to the young man who was still asleep. The ecstatic man ran in and hugged his son.
Then he told them all the things he had experienced while away.
He finally told them of the employer and his 3 pieces of advice. He then put the last loaf on the table saying:
- This is all that I have earned in 20 years.
His wife smiled and said:
- This is enough. Let us have it with some coffee.
After a prayer of thanksgiving, they broke the bread.
And when they looked inside, they found that the loaf had gold coins inside.
Moral of the Story
In fact, there was much more than the right amount of payment for the man's twenty years of dedication and hard work.

MEET Dr. ONU ONE OF IGALA'S PRIDE.
~0.5 mins read
OUR DELTA IGALA BROTHER.. DR ONU
Late Dr Onu was a Nigeria ambassador to Germany, and Political officer of the Nigerian Embassy in Moscow.
He was the acting Secretary General of Organization of African Unity (now African Unity) from 1983-1985. In the meeting in 1985, for his confirmation/election as the substantive secretary, he lost the position to the man from Niger mostly because the then president of Nigeria did not vote for him but for the man from Niger, sources informed me. Although many people have mistaken Dr Onu to be Delta Igbo, he was our Ebu, Delta state Igala brother. Igala, unite and take your position back. God bless the United Igala Kingdom.

The Man Bola Ahmed Tinubu And His Family Relationship
~2.7 mins read
The man called Tinubu and his most personal relationship with his Christian wife and children.
It's important we understand the fact that Tinubu is a detribalized and religious-tolerant person.
It's unfortunate that he is happening in a time like this but if we look at him as an individual and a politician, we will see how good and tolerant he is.
Tinubu met his wife Oluremi through Oluremiβs elder sister. According to Oluremi, she saw kindness in Tinubuβs eyes and that was the attraction for her.
He also observed that Tinubu wasn't a religious fanatic as he always tolerated her when she talked about her faith which gave her the confidence to bring him to her father.
Oluremi was born into an Anglican family in Ogun State.
According to Oluremi, "The first thing my dad asked Tinubu when I brought him home was, I hope you won't stop my daughter from practicing her faith and going to church?"
Tinubu answered he will never, and he never did.
They got married in 1987.
It must be noted that Tinubu had a relationship with another Christian lady before he met Oluremi his wife. That woman is Prophetess Bunmi Oshonike.
That relationship produced Seyi Tinubu, Tinubu's second son who is a Christian.
When Tinubu went full swing into politics, the military junta struck and he had to flee Nigeria.
His wife Oluremi was exiled to Maryland, the USA with two children. The pain and frustration of not having a husband around and because he lost a child while in exile led her to seek solace in Christ.
According to her, she was scared and distrustful until she met her friend Dele. It was Dele that led her to Evangel Temple which is now Evangel Cathedral where she gave her life to Christ and started understanding the meaning of Christianity.
On returning to Nigeria, she was thrust into the leadership position of being the first lady of Lagos State almost immediately.
She made friends with the late Pastor Bimbo Odukoya who was a great inspiration to her.
She was undecided on which church to attend. There was a mosque in the house, and she decided to build a chapel too. She contacted Rauf Aregbesola the former governor of Osun State. He was the commissioner for works in Lagos State back then.
She showed him the space and he designed and built the chapel there. That was where she worshipped till, she met Pastor E A Adeboye through Tinubu.
She was always going for the "Holy Ghost Night" at the Redemption Camp and Tinubu never stopped her.
She decided to enroll in the new foundation class and worker's class. She was taken through those classes by Pastor Adeboye's wife, Pastor Foluke Adeboye.
She proceeded to Bible School, graduated, and was ordained as an assistant pastor in RCCG Redeemed Christian Church of God.
Tinubu never objected to this, in fact, their two daughters were raised in the Christian way by Oluremi though they have Muslim names. Zainab and Habibat.
For those still in doubt of Tinubu's liberal religious nature, it must be noted that there's always a Thanksgiving ceremony in Alausa presided over by Pastor E A Adeboye.
Winning an election is very sensitive but more sensitive is the religious nature of our country Nigeria, however, the Christian community needs to console herself with the fact that we have an Esther in Aso Rock in the person of Oluremi Tinubu if Tinubu emerges as president in 2023.
Tinubu is a liberal and it's safe to say that his religion is humanity.
