The list of the most influential people was chosen by a man called Micheal H. Hart, from the book 100 most influential people in the world. He chose the list of the people based on the ranking of people who had done the most to influence World.
The list goes thus;
1. Prophet Muhammad (570 - 632 AD) Prophet of Islam.
Prophet Muhammad is the last Prophet of Allah sent to the world. Whilst in seclusion in a mountain cave, Muhammad receive a series of revelation from Allah, these revelations form the verses of the Qur'an, regards as yeh Word of God by the Muslims.
2. Isaac Newton (1642 - 1727). British mathematician and scientist.
Isaac Newton was an English Mathematician, physicist and scientist.
He is widely regarded as one of the most influential scientist of all time, developing new laws of Mechanics, gravity and laws of motion.

3. Jesus Nazareth (c.5BC - 30 AD). Spiritual teacher and Central figure of Christianity.
Jesus was a spiritual teacher, who preached a gospel of faith, love and forgiveness. His life and teachings led to the emergence of a new religion Christianity, which became the dominant religious force in the Western world.
4. Buddha (c.c.563 - 483 BC) spiritual teacher and founder of Buddhism.
Siddhartha, who was later known as the Buddha was a prince who forsook the comforts of a palace to seek Enlightment.
5. Confucius (551 - 479 BC).
Chinese Philosopher.

6. St. Paul (5 - 67 AD). Christian missionary and one of the main writers of the new testament.
7. Ts'ai Laun (50 - 121 AD). Inventor of paper.
8. Johann Gutenberg (1395 - 1468).
Inventor of the printing press.

9. Christopher Columbus (1451 - 1506). Italian Explorer landed in America.
10. Albert Einstein (1879 - 1955). German/US scientist discovered Theory of Relativity.
Albert Einstein is one of the most celebrated scientist of he twentieth century. His theories on relativity laid the framework for a new branch of physics, and Einstein's E= mc² on the mass- energy equivalence is one of the most famous formulas in the world.
