The truth about these vests is that they might look like skin-tight sports bras, but the fact is that they are athletic vests that were designed to hold GPS trackers, needed for monitoring a player's actions during games. The reason why those vests are skintight is that there is a the pod, which is slipped into the back of the vest, needed for acquiring data and can monitor the performance of the player.

So you know, there are a lot of footballers who wear this sports bra under their jersey during matches, or during their training sessions. In big football clubs, these vests are used for the test matches, friendliees, or during training to record the movements of a player on the pitch and to get physical data.
