COCONUT CHIN-CHIN
Coconut chin chin is unique in taste and flavourful.
RECIPE:
flour=2kg
Sugar=350gr
Baking powder=1 tsp
Butter=500gr
Coconuts= 2 heads
Veg oil for frying
nutmeg= 1/2tsp
Cinnamon=1/8 tsp
Egg= 2 whole
Vanilla =2 cap
METHOD OF PREPARATION:( step 2hours)
Grate one coconut set aside,grate the other one & blend to extract the juice, then add 2 cap of vanilla then set aside.
Mix all ur dry ingredients and add ur butter mix together,add your whisk egg ( beat), mixed and add the grated coconut extract keep mixing till all incorporate
Then keep adding the extracted coconut juice little by little till u get the desired texture
transfer on the work surface and give a little knead ( note not much kneading else it'll be cool after frying)
then wrap it up with plastic bags ( nylon or foil paper) and put in the fridge ,allow to rest in fridge for 20min
After 20min roll out and cut to desired shapes and fry in hot oil.
Package nicely and make legit money from it.
