“A fool’s mouth is his undoing, and his lips are a snare to his soul.”* Proverbs 18:7
When we speak, our words have influence. In the heat of a moment our emotions can tell us what to say. Once words are spoken it cannot be taken back. We are most times influenced by what we hear and see, especially on the social media. We must fight the fight of faith over our lives and take control of our thoughts.
It matters what you hear and accept into your environment, your life, your home. Words spoken into the atmosphere take on life. Be careful what you allow into your heart.

Words have the power to produce either life or death. God’s words are the weapons we use in the warfare of our mind. You can change the world you live in by changing the words you speak, hear and accept into your mind.
Paul went through a lot of trials, he was shipwrecked, he went days without food, he was beaten and falsely accused even put into prison. He had the right to be angry and bitter about what had been done to him. He believed that God will give him strength in the face of adversity and that he was equipped and empowered by God to stand the test of time. He didn’t let it get him down and begin to speak negative words over his life.
*Declare God’s Word now!*
I’m more than a conqueror (Romans 8:37). I am prosperous and all my needs are met (Psalms 103:3, Philippians 4:19) By Jesus stripes I am healed (Isaiah 53:4-5; I Peter 2:2) My marriage is honorable and sacred unto God (Hebrews 13:4; Proverbs 18:22) My spouse and children are saved and blessed in Jesus Name (Acts 16:31) I have God’s favor upon my life (Proverbs 18:22) I’m the head and not the tail (Deuteronomy 28:13).
Don’t allow situation determine what you say. Take control over your emotions. Remember, *“A fool’s mouth is his undoing, and his lips are a snare to his soul.”* Proverbs 18.
