TWO MINISTRIES UNDER ONE ROOF.
~2.0 mins read
Marital question

I married my husband as an Evangelist in a ministry where I serving and my husband as a church member. Not long after our wedding we left the ministry to start our own according to God’s leading.

It was so tough and rough to the extent that we though of backing out due to financial difficulties, but we held on to faith and His promises that faithful is He who called us.

To be honest my husband was very supportive, infact all he earns as a civil servant he poured in the ministry and gradually God’s faithfulness begins to manifest, committed members started joining in which God really used them for the development of the church and other needs.

Five years later the nightmare begins.A certain night my husband woke me in the middle of the night and said he has received the leading of God to start his own ministry,I was like ministry?, meanwhile I have noticed about three months back that he doesn’t come to church regularly again, even sometimes that he’s mean to give sermon on sunday he would not show up,if I returned home and asked why he didn’t come he gives excuses e.g like he was praying and didn’t had leading to stop the prayers.
I called him severally to ask if I have offended him in anyway or any of the members he said nothing ,on and on like that the issue continue.
I agreed with him since he said God spoke to him that we can merge the ministry and his own could be a division under the existing name depending on his area of calling he refused I also told him to use the name of his ministry that I don’t mind to come under his own ministry since he is the head of the family he turned the idea down and said he want to start his own new and has to be separated.I was totally sad and let him understand what people will begin to say all efforts was to no avail.

I took the matter to some of our fathers in the Lord, he was invited but all to no going back on his decision. Since then and as at the time I am writing this story I have been praying ,as well as our father’s in lord God is yet to give clear vision of his claim on the new ministry in
All he want is I should run my ministry and he run his.

We are under one roof, still does his duty as husband and father

*I AM CONFUSED WHAT DO I DO.*

Pls advice this person
