Condemnation is a pronouncement I f guilt and a strong expression of disapproval while remorse is the pain resulting from a sense of guilt. It results as not accepting we have been forgiven for mistake even though we confessed

2. To overcome condemnation and remorse you have to clear conscience by confessing your sins.
