Chukwudi (Real Name) is a first class graduate of Modonna university.
Chukwudi had a lot of prospect.
With how bright and successful he was academically and whatever he seemed to lay his hands upon while he was juggling school with a side hussle or two, no one had any doubt that someone like Chukwudi would make it BIG in life.
Chukwudi graduated and like everyone else, went for his NYSC.
Ten year had passed after NYSC and Chukwudi was still yet to secure his first job.
Every business he'd dived into in-between these years have crumbled, one after the other.
One morning, Chukwudi woke up very early, took his bath and made his way out of the house.
"His destination?" I'm sure you'll be wondering.
Even Chukwudi knew not, at the time.
He trekked aimlessly, thinking about his miserable life, probably wondering where he'd gotten it wrong.
He'd walked miles away from home when he suddenly began to hear (from afar) people binding and casting from the top of a mountain.
Something in him whispered, telling him to run up there, in that instant.
Chukwudi did.
On the mountain top, Chukwudi met a lot of people praying, shouting "DIE BY FIRE, DIE! DIE! DIE ! DIE!" and he didn't need any more invitation to join in on the "DIE BY FIRE" chant.
Because of the intensity in the way these sets of Christians pray, Chukwudi that was now looking haggard couldn't keep up.
He left for his house that day (in the middle of that prayers) without a word to anyone.
Chukwudi got home and slept off.
In that state, he had a dream.
He saw a calabash.
Chukwudi assumed it an ordinary dream until the same dream had reoccurred multiple times, it became worrisome.
This was how Chukwudi ran back to that mountain, to see the "Man of God".
The "Man of God" stopped half way into praying for Chukwudi, dipped his hand into his pocket, counted one thousand naira notes and handed them over to Chukwudi with instructions.
"Travel back home (the village) to your father this minute. When you get there, ask him about your calabash".

Kyoto University Japan Allows Students To Wear Anything They Want For Graduation - Education
~1.6 mins read
Kyoto University in Japan switched up its boring, long ceremonies from solemn speeches and routine name-calls to a fun and interactive ritual. The university allowed students to arrive at the ceremony in anything they wished to wear. However, the university did not expect its students to take anything quite literally.
After the permit was greenlit, a ritual was set in a place where students would come to the ceremony in bizarre cosplays. The annual event is not only a highlight for the students but is also much-awaited by the relatives of the students who are also invited to the event.
The ritual was first set in stone by Tokyo University, after which Kyoto followed suit. Traditionally, Universities in Japan witness students don suits, dresses, or women's classic hakama kimonos. But the change in regime at Kyoto University allowed its students to express their identities while receiving their prized graduate degrees.
David Hajime Kornhauser, director of global communications at Kyoto University, told Bored Panda, The university has a long tradition of being anti-authoritarian. So I'm guessing the roots go back quite a long time, though the university officially doesn't condone it.
He shared that the sentiment of the university is about liberty, it's kind of a personal preference, do people want to be sort of traditional or are they just doing something to express themselves in some other way or not?
According to David, not all students take part in the merriment, It seems that for a long time, students at this university have chosen just to be whatever they want to be. But it's actually not a large number of people. I mean, it's mainly, I would say, it isn't even 10%. And they stand out because they try to sit up front. So it looks like there's a lot of people doing it, but actually, I think, it's probably only just the people right at the front, and then the vast majority of the graduates are more or less traditional.
HAIR is a non-living body structure composed primarily of a protein called KERATIN that is produced by organs within the skin called HAIR FOLLICLES.????
It is also a protein filament that grows from hair follicles found in the DERMIS.
(Okay too much grammer right ????,I'm not teaching biology but they are important to know so we'll learn from scratch and won't get confused???? ????)
PARTS OF HAIR
A). HAIR SHAFT: the part of the hair follicle that fully exits the surface of the skin. It consists of the cuticle, cortex and medulla. The CUTICLE is the hair's outer protective layer and how it lays determines what your porosity is. Followed by the CORTEX which is responsible for giving hair it's strength and durability and it determines the colour of hair because it contains melanin. Lastly is MEDULLA which is the innermost region of the hair shaft and is not always present.
B). HAIR ROOT: the part of hair embedded in the hair follicle. It has a whitish colour and can be seen when hair sheds anywhere in the body.
C). HAIR FOLLICLE: the part where hair grows from.
????Are we following ????...( who's making noise at the back????)
D). DERMAL PAPILLA: the part that contains arteries which supplies blood that regenerates the hair follicle and nourishes the hair.
E). SEBACEOUS GLANDS: small oil-producing glands connected to the hair follicle that secretes an oily or waxy substance called SEBUM which lubricates the hair and skin.
F). ARRECTOR PILI: a tiny muscle connected to each hair follicle and the skin. When it contracts,it causes the hair to stand erect and a "goosebump" forms on the skin.
So that's all for today's class????????...hope we all learnt something????(tell me what you learnt in the comments section below and contribute)
Will continue tomorrow,do well to share this post with family, friends even your enemies ???? so we'll all learn together.
Can you run as fast as you did when you were 20 years old? Hit a baseball as far as you once could? Bash a tennis ball with the same speed and spin?
Probably not.
But even as we age, there are still plenty of ways to stay in the game and enjoy it. That's as true of sex as it is of sports.
Erectile dysfunction (ED) can occur for many reasons. Sometimes it is as simple as the side effect of a particular medication. But for roughly 75% of men, the cause is more complex. ED may result from vascular disease, neurological disease, diabetes, or prostate-related treatments or surgeries.
Whether you currently suffer from ED or are hoping to sidestep this condition, try these tips to overcome ED for better health and a better sex life.
Start walking. According to one Harvard study, just 30 minutes of walking a day was linked with a 41% drop in risk for ED. Other research suggests that moderate exercise can help restore sexual performance in obese middle-aged men with ED.
Eat right. In the Massachusetts Male Aging Study, eating a diet rich in natural foods like fruit, vegetables, whole grains, and fish with fewer red and processed meat and refined grains decreased the likelihood of ED.
Pay attention to your vascular health.High blood pressure, high blood sugar, high cholesterol, and high triglycerides can all damage arteries in the heart (causing heart attack), in the brain (causing stroke), and leading to the penis (causing ED). An expanding waistline also contributes. Check with your doctor to find out whether your vascular system and thus your heart, brain, and penis is in good shape or needs a tune-up through lifestyle changes and, if necessary, medications.
Size matters, so get slim and stay slim.A trim waistline is one good defense a man with a 42-inch waist is 50% more likely to have ED than one with a 32-inch waist. Losing weight can help fight erectile dysfunction, so getting to a healthy weight and staying there is another good strategy for avoiding or fixing ED. Obesity raises risks for vascular disease and diabetes, two major causes of ED. And excess fat interferes with several hormones that may be part of the problem as well.
Move a muscle, but we're not talking about your biceps. A strong pelvic floor enhances rigidity during erections and helps keep blood from leaving the penis by pressing on a key vein. In a British trial, three months of twice-daily sets of Kegel exercises (which strengthen these muscles), combined with biofeedback and advice on lifestyle changes quitting smoking, losing weight, limiting alcohol worked far better than just advice on lifestyle changes.
International break has seen Andrew Robertson and Jordan Henderson slightly injured. Of which, they might not recover before Sunday to feature against inform current league leaders - Leicester City.
Van Dijk has been ruled off and might not play again this season. Thiago was heavily injured by Richarlison in the last Derby game.
However, despite injury woes, Liverpool would have no other choice than to field the available players. Matip and Nat Philips might play the centre half. Tomiskas as left back and either Neco Williams or James Milner playing the right back.
However, below are the injury conditions of Liverpool.
1. Injured/Covid-19:
Van Dijk
Henderson
Gomez
Robertson
Trent Alexandra

2. Slightly recovered and training:
