Tony is a man with a story. Like any regular guy he has dealt his his own portion of loses, failure , disappointment and success, joy and what have you.
Tony has a part of him that is so power drunk that he doesn't regard anyone and holds nothing sacred and he even rides on the people he hates to hurt.
James is another young man with a different story, he has also had his share of life's problems and the world's pain and laughters.
James has a part of him that is so insecured and scared that he would hide himself away from light.
Now if you ask people to talk about Tony and James they would tell you that Tony is bold while James is timid as such James is suffering from low self-esteem.
If you have been carrying such mindset for long it's time you drop it. We learn to unlearn.
Both cases are victims of low self-esteem just that it is manifesting in different ways. Tony is a man who believes that he is of no value unless he is noticed. So in order to feel he is something he would do anything to do that even as far as hurting people he loves.
Do not misunderstabd me. Self esteem means the way we see ourselves, low self-esteem is to think lowly of ourselves while High self esteem is to think highly of ourselves. It is only a man that thinks lowly of himself that brutalises people to respect him because he feels he is not enough to be respected for simply being who he is so he needs to exert force to get respect from people. He only sees himself as something when he has money, power or fame so he spends the rest of his life wanting all of these by all means that he doesn't even know what his problem is. Tony is a man who is suffering from low self-esteem.
We have also James on the other hand. A rather reserved young man who hides away from everything because he feels he is not enough and he doesn't have the capacity to do great things. Do we now see that both Tony and James are afflicted by thesame thing? The difference between these two is how they choose to go about it. Life will always be for you the choices you make. Everybody sees Tony as bold and Courageous and sees James as a coward because of how James choosed to deal with his low self-esteem, he runs away instead of facing it.
Everybody has low self-esteem to deal with. It all depends on the people around us and the choices we make.
If you know you cannot afford a wristwatch of $1000, and you keep hanging around people who buy wristwatch that amount more than 5 in a week, with time, you would start feeling small, inferior and frustrated.
It is always wise for birds of thesame feathers to flock together.
Now, the quickest cure to low self-esteem is to flock with birds with thesame feathers as you. Instead of feeling insecured in their company, you would feel secured and happy.

Fear has become a normality in lives these days and it has often more than not, deprived a lot of people of their breakthrough to success.
Inspite of the daunting effect that Fear has on life in general, It is a pity that people still take fear with levity. Majority believe that fear is always ordinary, but come to think of it, why do we often encounter fear when we're supposed to be courageous?
Most times, youths unknowingly throw away virtuous opportunities all because they are afraid either to talk or unable to overcome the spirit of fear.

In Ancient Greece, Socrates had a great reputation of wisdom. One day, someone came to find the great philosopher and said to him:
- Do you
know what I just heard about your friend?
- A moment, replied Socrates. Before you tell me, I would like to test you the three sieves.
- The three sieves?
- Yes, continued Socrates. Before telling anything about the others, it's good to take the time to filter what you mean. I call it the test of the three sieves. The first sieve is the TRUTH. Have you checked if what you're going to tell me is true?
- No, I just heard it.
- Very good! So, you don't know if it's true. We continue with the second sieve, that of KINDNESS. What you want to tell me about my friend, is it good?
- Oh, no! On the contrary.
- So, questioned Socrates, you want to tell me bad things about him and you're not even sure they're true? Maybe you can still pass the test of the third sieve, that of UTILITY. Is it useful that I know what you're going to tell me about this friend?
- No, really.
- So, concluded Socrates, what you were going to tell me is neither true, nor good, nor useful. Why, then, did you want to tell me this?
"Gossip is a bad thing. In the beginning it may seem enjoyable and fun, but in the end, it fills our hearts with bitterness and poisons us, too!" - Pope Francis”
I don't really know what you're expecting that am going to say but you shouldn't expect much so you won't be disappointed besides this is my own opinion.
There are always the good days and bad days which we can't control because they are part of life. Sometimes we find ourselves in a bad situation, life is full of ups and down.
Talking from my life experience, I believe the smoothest way out of any bad situation is prayers. I understand that sometimes it feels like it doesn't work or maybe that's not what is important at the moment. Fine I get it, it all depends on our belief and our relationship with God, apart from regular Sunday worship.
Prayers has really helped me a lot in my times of trouble. Having a personal relationship with your God is the biggest achievement ever.
What I want from you is your true thanks;I want your promises fulfilled. I want you to trust me in your times of trouble so I can rescue you, and you can give me glory. Psalm 50:14-15.
Point noted, he gives you the inspiration and wisdom to act when necessary or probably talk when necessary. Haven't you been in a situation where you acted unusual and everything still turned out fine for you like it was all planned from the start. Seeing the positive side of every situation matters a lot regardless of how bad it might seem.
My best Bible verse.
Commit your plans to the lord and he will establish them. Proverb 16:3
Trust in the lord with all your heart and he will direct your path, in all your ways acknowledge him and he will direct your path.
