Disposing of food scraps properly and removing crumbs.
Sweeping and wet mopping floors to remove food.
Inspect the kitchen for signs of microbiological growth such as mould and fungi.
Clean the affected area properly.
Inspect the kitchen for any plumbing leaks and notify your supervisor to get it repaired.
Make sure that the cleaning equipment and materials are located closely  where they are needed.
