We have the catecholamines and noncatcholamines.

Catecholamines are easily degraded while non catecholamines are not easily degraded.

Examples of the catecholamines are
1. Epinephrine
2. Norepinephrine
3. Isoproterenol
3. Dopamine

Examples of non catecholamines are
1. Phenylephrine,
2. Amphetamine
3. Tyramine.
