INGREDIENTS:

3 Cups of flour
1 Cup of warm milk
1 Egg
2 Tablespoons of instant yeast
6 Tablespoons of sugar
2 Tablespoons of margarine
Β½ Teaspoon of salt
Icing or granulated sugar for dusting
Vegetable oil

PROCEDURES:

πŸ‘‰ In a bowl, pour your milk, add egg, sugar, yeast and salt, whisk together then add your flour and mix until doughy, now add your margarine and mix well.
Note: Add some flour if your dough mixture is too wet(not too much) but if the dough is too dry, add up some margarine or vegetable oil.

πŸ‘‰ Knead until smooth and elastic.
(If your dough becomes tough, dense and hard to flatten and fold, it means you've over-kneaded the dough)

πŸ‘‰ Grease the dough with little vegetable oil in a bowl then cover and proof for an hour or until it doubles in size.

πŸ‘‰ After an hour of proofing, punch the air(bubbles) out of the dough with your fistπŸ‘Š and cut into any desired size.

πŸ‘‰ Turn each piece into a ball shape and lightly flatten the dough with a rolling pin.

πŸ‘‰ Poke a hole in the centre of the dough using your doughnut cutter or any small plastic bottle cap.

πŸ‘‰ Cover and proof again for at least 15 to 30 minutes to rise then deep fry until slightly brown.

πŸ‘‰ Dust with your icing or granulated sugar.
