Because of the increasing price of kerosene and cooking gas a talented man from Gombe State, has provide an alternative by innovating a water-cooking stove.

The 67-year-old man identified as Hadi Usman who made the water-cooking stove, said that there is no need to use kerosene or gas to generating fire.

It was reported by PR Nigeria that the electronics technician's innovation of water-cooking stove was in order to subsidize the cost of using kerosene and gas in the country.

A video was shared on YouTube showing Hadi demonstrating how the new found water-cooking stove generates fire.

It was also said that the man had in the past assembled a radio transmitter as well as operated, which has made a community radio station wants to help him further his studies in order for him to get his innovation presented and perfected.

The talented man said that he wants collaborative efforts to ensure mass production of the water-cooking stove. 

According to his statement: “I want relevant institutions and bodies to support me towards patenting the project for mass production at least to help the poor people cook their food by using water to generate fire,” Hadi said.
