A chieftain of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) Joe Igbokwe, has shared some stunning tips with Nigerian applicants on how to secure employment and win favour from employers during interviews.

Igbokwe shared the tips on Facebook, saying that the tips were given by Marshal Israel. 

1. Politely greet everybody you see around. I have seen Managers and MDs who disguise themselves by standing at the gate to observe interviewees.

2. Do not go for an interview and begin to make unnecessary calls or chatting with your phone.
Put your phone inside your bag. Because, you may not know they are monitoring you through the camera.

3. Do not talk too much with your fellow interviewees. Don't go there and begin to argue about PDP, APC, Atiku, Peter Obi and Tinubu.

Be positive and be calm. Don't go there and start speaking in tongues and praying to demonstrate your religiosity and closeness to God.

5. Make sure you pray at home before going for an interview. If they offer you food or drink, thank them and reject it politely. You are out, If you take that Food or drink. Don't chew biscuit, gum, sweet or anything.

"In most cases of interview, employers and interviewers assess and score interviewees by the factors mentioned above and not by the answers they provide on paper. However, They will train you on how to do the job if they employ you."
