Steps
Take a large bottle of normal room temp. Water (at least 6 cups)
Add the cucumber, lemon, mint leaves and ginger.
Leave it overnight and finish the water the next day. It actually known as the flat tummy water.
Drink this only 5 times a week. You can use the same cucumber and lemon for 2 days. Then the 3rd day you use the fresh ones.
