Death is the end of all human beings. It is one natural incident that is constant. Both the young and the old will surely die.

Death is natural but some factors contribute to its quick occurrence. These factors could be health problems, carelessness, lifestyles. Not everybody knows about these things and some people may develop these conditions without knowing, you should be very careful because you may be in a condition that can cause you death when sleeping. One of the most common causes of death in sleep is high blood pressure. High blood pressure is a common condition in which the force of the blood against your artery walls is high enough that it may eventually cause health problems, such as Heart disease. Some people don't care for themselves, ignoring your health condition keeps you closer to your grave. Someone that has high blood pressure can't predict when the pressure will rise or fall, this is why most people are advised to always take their medication daily. If you don't take your drugs you may face a serious crisis at night and when nobody is there to help you, it may cause you death in sleep.

#2. A heart attack is one of the common causes of death among men. Women also experience heart attacks but not as it results in men. A Heart attack occurs when the flow of blood to the heart is blocked, most often by a build-up of fat, cholesterol, and other substances, which form a plaque in the arteries that feed the heart. This can damage the heart tissue and cause death. You should be mindful of the things you eat, especially food that contains fat. If you are not conscious of what you take into your body you may experience a heart attack anytime soon. And if you experience such a crisis at night when there is nobody to come to your aid, you may die at the process.

Another cause of death when sleeping is lack of good ventilation. You may think you are getting enough but when your body starts reacting you should be careful of sleeping in the same environment. If you are not getting enough air, your body will start showing signs like sweating, shortness of breath, itching, etc. If your body doesn't get enough clean air, it can cause you some heart problems like lung cancer, lung embolism, pulmonary disease. When I say clean air I mean air free from fine particles and chemicals like carbon monoxide which is poisonous air. You should avoid inhaling this type of air, especially at night because it can get you killed.
