In the genocide that took place in 1999 and was engraved in the shame pages of history, the photo of her breastfeeding her baby hurt hearts.

During the Kosovo War, Albanians in the village of Ivaja marched towards the city of Kaçanik in March 1999 to escape the genocide of the Serbs.
