There are certain types of food that are very essential for parents/guardians to give to their children to eat. These food makes them more healthy and stronger day by day. 

So in today's update, I will be showing you guys some of these food that are very necessary to make a child look more healthy and stronger. They are;

1. Fish

Instead of feed your kids with red meat, feed them with enough fish in their diet. Eating enough fishes makes their skin glow. 

2. Green Vegetables

Most often, parents have been advised to always add Vegetables to the food they give to their kids to eat. Eating enough vegetables is good for the body because it gives blood and prevents that child from looking pale. It is also good for the eyes.
3. Fruits

Always give your kids fruits to take so that their body can come out very well. 

4. Ice cream

So many parents do not know the benefits of giving their children ice cream. The real ice cream is very good because it contains enough milk which is good for the body. Ice cream also makes the skin to shine and look more healthy.
5. Chocolate
Chocolate is very delicious and it's very good for children. Chocolate is also very good for the heart. 
6. Eggs
Giving your children eggs to eat is very good, most especially boiled eggs. Eggs are rich in proteins and they can be very satisfying when eaten.
7. Boiled plantain
Boiled plantain is very essential for the growth and development of a child. When you feed your kids with enough boiled plantain, you are indirectly feeding them with enough iron for strong bones and teeth.
8. Beans
Beans is a body building food. When eaten into the body, it enriches the body with enough proteins which is needed for the body to grow well. In some cases, some children may dislike beans. In order for you to help that child, always garnish his or beans with fried Plantain, fried eggs, fried potatoes, etc. You can also serve the beans with pap or custard with milk.
