Welcome back from the long break. I'm here again with beautiful nature pictures to share with you all. Lovers of Nature through photography part 17 is here guys!!!!🤗. This episode is a display of eye Catching, gorgeous and captivating pictures of the sunset🌅.

I remember I made a post about sunset before in episode 9(part 9) of LOVERS OF NATURE THROUGH PHOTOGRAPHY 😊. That should be about 3 months ago. (That was then, I have more exciting pictures to share so let's continue 😏)

As we all know sunset is the daily disappearance of the sun below the western horizon due to the Earth's rotation. This disappearance of the sun causes a dramatic change of colour(s) in the sky.

Sunset is still one of the natural moments I find admirable. Meaningfully staring at sunset brings you to a state of serenity, when you can finally open your eyes to see the glorious release of (sun) energy to Earthlings before the day ends. Restoring and recharging the lost energy spent on our daily activities. 

The display picture explains the aforementioned fact💁. The sunset pictures in this, episode have been the most pleasant pictures of the sunset, I have ever seen before 🤗. it's just truly amazing.

I saw a quote that read; 

“a sunset sky speaks a thousand colours.”

This quote is true in every sense, a sunset sky displays thousands of attractive colours. The most dominant colours of the sunset are red, yellow, blue, and white.

Welcome to another exciting episode of this lovely series, Lovers of nature through photography. In today's part, I will be talking about a common and mostly unappreciated beauty and benefits of a food plant. MAIZE HAIR/CORN SILK is the title of the episode.

Maize hair also known as corn silk is indeed a common and mostly unappreciated part of food plant in the world. Corn silk is the long, colourful, silky thread that grows on corncobs. The brightly coloured hairs grow underneath the husk of a fresh ear of corn. Though the hairs are discarded when the corn is prepared for eating, it has medicinal properties for the human body. 

Corn silk is used as a herbal remedy for a variety of illnesses in traditional medicine. The herbal remedy of maize hair is used in traditional Chinese and Native American medicine. A handful of studies indicate that corn silk may reduce inflammation, blood sugar, blood pressure, and cholesterol. However, Qualitative data or details regarding the use of corn silk in medicine are limited due to a lack of proper research.

The display picture of today is a true beauty of maize hair. The was taken by me at my parent's little backyard farm. As a kid, I used to try styling the beautifully captivating hairs of corn, playing with it all each time I see one. This particular hair is coloured in yellow, pink, and red, so lovely to stare at. GREEN BEAUTY is also captured in the background of the display picture.
