You don't need every day stress in your life have come to realise that, we are given the opportunity to grow each day and learn lessons but only few realise that.... This opportunity break us we have two options To face it or embrace the pain.. There have been so many opportunities I overlooked in life Saying Goodbye and No!! I SAID YES WHEN I MENT NO I SAID STAY WHEN I MENT GOODBYE I SAID NO WHEN I MENT YES I SAID OK WHEN THINGS ARE NOT GOING OK. learning to say NO! And Goodbye this Are words that will forever change your life, most times we open our lives for too many Nonsense!! Most times we don't create boundaries for ourselves and no life principles. We open our self to Toxic relationships bussines friendships unhealthy habits antisocial behaviour etc But when life knocked me Down!! I learn the Hard Way!!.. And I believe Same with many of you reading this!! For the first time I ever screamed!!!!!!!Noooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Nooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo!!!! Was the most sincere scream have ever screamed in my life, for once it was Honest and pure!! And Goodbye was the 2nd it was painful but trust me it was worth it!! Literally I say NO! To every unhealthy habits! NO to every injustices! NO to domestic abuse and violence! No to Childs Abuse!! NO to Child molestation and Rape! No to Bullying and Shaming! No to hunger and Unemployment!No Religious political and ethics violence and crisis!! NO to emotional! physical! psychology! social! economical! and environmental abuse! No to drugs and prostitution! No to colourism and racisme !! NO to Oppression!! No to Rape! No to Yahoo Yahoo and 419 ! NO TO BRIBERY AND CORRUPTION!! No to laziness!! Everything that cause pain to Humanity and stop us from being Human I say NO! No! No! No! Capital NO to it !! NO to Toxic people who make others feel Inferior! All this things we have kept silient and said Yes to, are things that have caused us so much pain.... To others' our community' families 'societies homes and environments. Take a look at our society country today and even over life's we stood for things that we are SUPPOSED TO BE AGAINST !!!! If we don't learn to deal with this from all the lessons leant, from all the mistakes made by the people of past and present! From our now and yesterday, there will not be a place for personal development and community and national growth, we gradually lose our self and even our lives.. Don't please! any one!! , when things are not right they are not right! It's OK for people to misunderstand you!! The world is like that. Évery body must not like you for being Honest! Not Évery Héros wears a Crown ! !! Be your king and queen with your honesty!! Be your own tribe! In a society where Évery one want you to please them Be your tribe!! Say NO!! Say Goodbye!! Unapologetically!! It's your life!! Once this is done that's when we see the beauty of Life!!

This book 📙 is worth Reading 📖
Most especially for young women who want to slay
Best thing you can do for yourself, is to be the woman who wants to grow and add value to herself
When I see successful women and I mean women of substance, my first aim is to read about them
See what they do differently
And learn from it.
Just that most ladies this days don't like reading 📖
Or invest in knowledge
I was having conversation with a friend
He said to me!
You can hardly engage in a decent conversation with an average Nigerian Girl
I felt bad when he said that
But then is very true!
Many of our young girls don't really educate themselves.
After reading this book 📙 I learned something
Every woman want to marry a great man
But only few wants to be great themselves
It's a bad mentality we have due to our bad cultural practice and mentality
I must say our young women don't really have role models
In search for role model in this country entertainment industry is where majority of our women and young girls eat junkies and lifestyle from
What made her stood out

Her zeal to self commitment improvement goals and vision
She knows her worth values
And desire to be more
_Women need female friends
For some reason, it’s taken forever for many women to realize the power of female friendships.
Women need each other. Whether it’s for a mood lift, a girls’ trip, to share stories or introduce each other to opportunities .
Not friends that introduce you to their boy friend friends for you to be used as sex tool toy for fun and pleasure or invite you to indecent places for fun,
Permits me to say 70% of avarage Nigerians live life based on social fun and not values
What happen to having friends who propose books saminers comfrances bussines Values and prospect
Self development awareness, politics, strategic development planing investment grooming etc
When I see strong Women of Color I wish our young girls and women could see a mirror of a woman's world and future
Not just becoming a wife or Gf But becoming More
Make Sure you deal with your insecurity before getting married
Developed yourself and improved yourself
Be honest and truthful to yourself
Go for more
Don't feel you are old to work on yourself
_Career Choose Wisely
Don't choose a course /career to pleased any one but yourself
One of the most surprising revelations for me in this memoir was discovering Michelle’s feelings about her career as a lawyer. Even after excelling at university and scoring a well-paying job, she hated being a lawyer. She felt little fulfillment and admits to having “taken the wrong road.†The former First Lady triumphs in the end though because she allows herself to try something different.
So even if you’re fresh out of school with a degree you’re not sure what do with, don’t throw your hands up just yet.
Try something else, and keep trying until you find what works. After all, in the end, all you have is your story, whether or not it’s perfect to anyone else.
Live for yourself sometimes it's necessary because if you haven't discovered you, you can't help anyone else
Live your dream
When fulfilment don't comes from within you are screwed
Don't be afraid to take a Turn
My dream is to see women of color be more
Do more
And be extraordinary
And live a life of Value
To the ladies in the house together we can have more brilliant future, of help and supportive mates to our Husband's children and family.
This areas are the fundamental functional unit of life
A well structured strong women and home will give birth to a better society
Be More!
To Most of our First ladies of Nigeria 🇳🇬
Give yourself to knowledge and exposure
Re- educate yourself for the purpose office
Yes! It's awesome having a queen and king ruling a country.
