An Intelligent person is referred to as someone who is Smart. A wise person is a person who can see what's beyond a situation, its causes, and its consequences.

An intelligent person is good at problems solving. And achieving goals.

They will excel on an IQ test.
They will be great at school. Or at making money.
No matter what problems they are given, they are better than average at finding perfect solutions.
Intelligent people possess unexpected ideas.
A prominent performance of intelligent people is that they have more innovative ideas, more free-thinking, prone to sudden fantasy, and do not like to bind themselves to fixed ideas.
Being wise is about having good judgment at setting the right goals.
Not just about solving problems, but about choosing which problems you apply yourself to solving.
An intelligent person will find ways to make lots of money. Good ways to make money.
A wise person will question why they should be running after money in the first place. And set their own goals.
A wise man once said "nothing".
Wise people are guided by wisdom, they are disciplined, and they exercise self-control...

Before going directly to the topic I'll like to introduce a word called proverb first, and also to describe Hausa tribe in brief.

PROVERB

A proverb can be define as a short pithy saying in general use stating a general truth, or piece of advice according to a language of that very society.
HAUSA TRIBE
A Hausa tribe which sometimes called "HAUSA FULANI" is actually a language that raised and established from the northern Nigeria, which started at some of the 36 States of the Nigeria such as: Katsina, Kaduna, Kano, Sokoto, Zamfara, Kebbi, and Bauchi. A Hausa tribe has a many history since from (BAYAJIDDA) up to the end.
There people are so kindness and intelligent also there very good in religion, Hausa people has many proverbs that is a sign of warning or a piece of advice.
Here are some of the proverbs and its translation from English;
1. "Daidai ruwa daidai tsaki" (Cut your coat according to your cloth).
2. "Hali zanen dutse" (A leopard cannot change it's spot).
3. "Ido wa ka raina" (Familiarity breeds contempt).
4. "Bakin Alkalami ya bushe" (The die is cast).
5. "Abincin wani gubar wani" (One man's meat is another man's poison).
6. "Rigakafi yafi magani" (Prevention is better than cure).
7. "Abinda ka shuka shi zaka girba" (You reap what you sow).
8. "Ruwa baya tsami banza" (There is no smoking without a fire).
9. "Guntun gatarinka yafi sari ka bani" (Half a loaf is better than no bread).
10. "Gaskiya dokin karfe" (Honesty is the best policy).
NOTE: If you consider about all those proverbs may will notice that is very important, because they teach and advice people with the good and bad things in life.
