Lunch : Rice/ beans/stew/ yoghurt, soyameal/vegetable soup/oranges, groundnut stew/rice, semovita/ amala/ogbono soup.
Dinner : Stew (pawpaw) agidi & akara (pawpaw) Amala/fufu/soup(pawpaw)
