My today topic, I would love to explain in which some individuals have really being deprived for, which are some certain right which are meant to defend and stand against depression and oppression wither in the society or any place in the world.
Today I will be enlightening you more about human Rights in the society. Which some of us know about. In some cases we all know what are happening round the globe and how people keep getting matreated and depressed that his very sad to me.
For example,I would want to show you guys what it means for being deprived of your right. For instance a civilian who knows nothing about an accused case and what being accused of theft and robbery in presence of the public and no one could like to hear from the person being accused or was guilty for wrong doing. Also they won't let the indict speak to defend and say the truth, people will gather and start screaming criminal without knowing the real truth about the case, also he or she at that moment can experience jungle Justice and death will take someone life. That is unfair in our society. And in our presence society it occurs but rare. We should eradicate it with human Right.
Some gunmen suspected to be bandits on Monday shot and killed one Alhaji Muntari Mai Yadi before kidnapping his son, Usman, at Yankara town under Faskari Local Government Area of Katsina State.
Sources said that the incident occurred at about 11:00pm
The son of the deceased, Younusa Mukhar Yankara, in a Facebook post confirmed the incident.
He said, "It has happened: Thieves have killed my father, Alhaji Muntari Mai Yadi, and they have shielded my brother Usman.
"From God we are and to Him we shall return. Thieves came in our house and killed my father and went with my brother usman and answered my phone with my motorcycle key plastic.
"At 11:00pm they came in. The soldiers brought to Faskari are not useful. God is enough for us to forgive this government, may God forgive my father.â€
The victim was laid to rest on Tuesday according to Islamic rites at his residence.
Bandits Kill Divisional Police Officer, Inspector, Abduct Women In Sokoto

The Divisional Police Officer of Gidan Madi Police Station in Tangaza Local Government Area of Sokoto State and another officer were on Thursday killed in fresh attacks by bandits.
Two wives of a prominent businessman in the area were also abducted by the gunmen.
A resident of the area told SaharaReporters that the bandits, who struck around 1:00am, went away with the guns of the slain officers.
He said a large number of their animals and food items were also carted away during the raid.
He said the bandits stormed the communities on motorcycles after which they began shooting sporadically.
According to security sources, the gunmen first stormed the station, killed the DPO and one inspector of police before abducting the housewives at their residence.

An Abuja-based lawyer, Victor Giwa, has accused Nigeria’s Attorney-General and Minister of Justice, Abubakar Malami, of conspiring with one Donald Wokoma, a former Special Adviser to Vice President, Yemi Osinbajo, to witch-hunt him over his refusal to testify against the suspended Acting Chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission.
while testifying before the retired Justice Ayo Salami-led Presidential Panel inside Aso Villa in the ongoing probe of Magu.
He was arrested alongside another lawyer, Fatima Hassan.
The duo were on Thursday granted bail from EFCC custody after they were asked to produce a level 12 officer of the federal service as surety.
In a statement on Sunday, Giwa alleged that both Malami and Wokoma had made a desperate move to lure him to nail the suspended Acting EFCC Chairman.
“On the 18th and 19th August, 2020, I was invited by the Justice Ayo Salami panel sitting in Aso Villa to testify against Ibrahim Magu through a conspiracy between the AGF, Malami (SAN), and Donald Wokoma, sacked Special Adviser to the Vice President, Prof Yemi Osinbajo, whom I have represented and secured a judgment in his favour. Donald Wokoma was investigated for fleecing the sum of N250m from the amnesty programme through his company, Damaijay Integrated Services, by receiving contracts he never executed. His account was restricted by the EFCC.
“On the 11th July, 2020 Donald Wokoma was scheduled to be arraigned before His Lordship Hon Justice Akanbi at FCT High Court, Lugbe. Wokoma was absent and I represented him and the case was adjourned to 10th October, 2020 for arraignment. Wokoma in a desperate move to subvert the administration of justice, to quash or suspend his trial, conspired with persons in the AGF office who had promised to frustrate the trial and release the restricted account.
“To achieve this aim, the AGF requested that Wokoma have me to do a petition against Ibrahim Magu to the Justice Ayo Salami panel, accusing him of graft and having me to testify against the EFCC boss, an offer I declined. Wokoma in cahoots with the AGF, procured a lawyer who did the petition, which was forwarded by the AGF to the panel.
“Surprisingly, Donald in a twist of event tagged me as a ‘Magu boy’ an imaginary and infamous phrase designed to undermine the sterling achievement of Ibrahim Magu and demanded that I testify to the demand of graft by said Magu boys. It was my refusal and my stand to defend the truth and not to consent to the subversion of Justice that the AGF ordered my arrest and that of Fatima Hassan, a lawyer, whose testimony absolves myself and Ibrahim Magu from any wrongdoing.
“It was the fiasco at the panel that led to the avalanche of attacks including the order of arrest and petition by AGF and Wokoma respectively against me. I shall stand and defend justice no matter what happens,†he said.

Police officers in Oyo State on Wednesday beat a motocycle rider identified as Biola to death at Born Photo area of Ibadan, the state capital.
Information show that Biola was on his way to the hospital to pick his wife when he was killed for refusing to pay the policemen a bribe of N50.
A witness, who identified himself simply as Segun, said he was on his way to work when he witnessed the scene.
He alleged that policemen in the area daily engaged in the extortion of commercial bus drivers and motorcyclists popularly called Okada.
The officers stopped the deceased and were trying to extort money from him but he did not give them because he was rushing to the hospital to pick his wife.
“The officers insisted that he must give them money and weren’t listening to anything he was saying. Next thing we knew, one of them went to his side, hit him with his gun. Not satisfied, others joined and he was beaten mercilessly until he died,†the witness said.
We had just ended our honeymoon and my wife was returning to school. I watched as she packed and I noticed her trying to find a safe place to keep our marriage certificate within her travelling box.
I smiled at her action and I asked "why are you taking the certificate along with you?" She replied "the certificate it's mine to keep, the officiating priest even handed it over to me".
She may be right, but what I told her next made her realised that we may not be needing the certificate except for official purposes.
"Why are you making efforts to keep the certificate instead of to keep me?" I asked. The question was like a thunderbolt to her. It sure made her to reappraise and readjust immediately. Needless telling you that her focus changed, because I became the center of her policy since then.

Dozen Of 2,500-year-old Untouched Mummies Discovered In Egypt

At least 13 coffins believed to contain human mummies were unearthed from a well in Egypt where they had rested undisturbed for more than 2,500 years.
The trove of sarcophagi was uncovered last week during an excavation in the Saqqara necropolis, an ancient burial ground about 20 miles south of Cairo, Egypt’s Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities said.
“[It is] an indescribable feeling when you witness a new archaeological discovery,†said Khaled El-Enany, Egypt’s minister of tourism and antiques.
Authorities suspect the well-preserved wooden containers, some which still feature original detailed designs, had remained sealed since their burial.
Archaeologists found the coffins stacked on top of each other in a burial shaft nearly 40 feet deep. More discoveries are expected at the site in the coming days.
Saqqara boasts several archaeological treasures and landmarks, including the Step Pyramid, believed to be the world’s oldest. Tombs there have been subject to looting and unsanctioned excavations over the years, making the new discovery even more remarkable.

He further said “Nigeria today is not a failed state, but a nation that is courageously tackling its challenges and building a solid infrastructure that will serve as the basis for socio-economic development, a nation that is unrelenting in battling insecurity and working hard to ensure greatest prosperity for the greatest number of people,â€
Some Nigerians who were not pleased with the Minister’s comment berated him, saying “When you sing your praise, you raise your shoulders. Allow the populace to do the rating. All you know how to do best is complain, wail and talk about the past gov’t.â€
Commenting on Vanguard’s post on Twitter, Mr Dayo Akinwale said “There was never a time after the civil war we had succession cry this much. It was all because of Buhari, and you come here to tell us he is preventing Nigeria from becoming a failed state. I doubt the presidency understand what a failed state is.â€
