Today i will be talking about four steps on how to get a curvy body irrespective of the fatness.
Step1:lose all the extral weight by doing CARDIO.Most times body's Curvy are hidden behind fat.So to get a curvy body,lose all the fat by using Cardio.You need to be doing it 3-4 times a week.you will start seeing the result 2 weeks interval.
Step2:focus on getting a smaller waist.At this step,you need to set a plan.A plan will not only base on small waist but a diet plan that can support all the work you put in it
Here re the few tips base on this step
Tip1:drink a lot of water.One of the mistake of women is not taking much water when exercising thier body,therefore,the fitness is sabotaged.When ever you walking outake sure you are hydarated all through the day
Tip:Quantity focus over quality.There is common misconception about dieting,that you need to be eating nothing whenever you are losing weight.That is very wrong,diet doent not mean less rather means eating healthy food.So, focus on adding more quality to your food.
Step 3: Tone Up Your Upper Body
To my surprise, most women don’t really focus on toning up their upper body. However, for that perfect hourglass figure, getting a body of your dream — working your upper body is extremely important.For starters, you can add squats into your routine. Not only will this help to shape up your booty but also help to firm it up and really fire up those glutes. However, I don’t mean that you should be doing squats every day or add a 100 of them to your routine immediately.
The important thing is to really get to know your body first. How much workouts can your body handle and take things from there However, you don’t just achieve a strong and toned upper body by throwing in random workouts at any chance you get — there needs to be a plan — there needs to be a step by step process for you to follow.
