HOW ARABS CAME TO BE IN THE NORTHERN PART OF AFRICA
~0.7 mins read
Arab slavery had already begun in Africa more than 700 years before the European transatlantic slave trade.
The slave trade began when the Arabs invaded North Africa for the first time in the 7th century AD.
The first Arab entry into Africa was through Egypt.
An Arab military general named General Amir Aben Alas invaded Egypt in December 639 AD.
Amir had successfully conquered Egypt and went ahead and conquered other places such as Tunisia and western Libya.
Once these areas had been completely conquered by the Arabs, they imposed tributes of 360 slaves in all regions they occupied and controlled.
With this Islamic slave trade in Africa, North Africans were Islamized by their Arab slave masters.
Today, many Africans pose as Muslims without knowing how the owners of such a religion brutally enslaved their black African ancestors for over 700 years.
Remember that every time you see a modern Egyptian claim to be of North African origin.

5 Important Reasons Why You Shouldn’t Wear A Bra To Bed
~1.2 mins read
Most women may want to know if wearing a bra at night is good or bad.
1. Restricts Circulation
Wearing a bra when sleeping can hinder the free circulation of blood, particularly, if one is wearing a fitted bra with a tight elastic underwire. It may be better to choose a sports bra which is comfier in comparison.
2. Pigmentation
Regularly wearing a bra to bed can produce pigmentation or skin irritation in the area where the bra’s elastic band or wire is in contact with the soft skin. The skin may feel scratchy and sore as the underwire can dig into the tender skin. It may also become discoloured or develop marks and spots. Therefore it may bear well to wear a loose, soft bra while sleeping.
3. Troubled Sleep
Comfort assists in promoting sound sleep. Putting on a tight bra when sleeping at night can arouse discomfort, which in turn may affect the quality of sleep. One may feel irritated or restless on account of being uncomfortable. Not getting good sleep can poorly affect overall health.
4. Oedema
Wearing a tight bra on a regular basis can trigger a condition which is characterised by the surplus accumulation of fluid in the cavities and the tissues of the body. This condition is called ‘oedema’, and it can prompt unnecessary health complications.
5. Breast Cancer
There is no concrete evidence to prove whether sleeping in a bra can cause breast cancer. But a wrong type or size can be detrimental for the health. Along with aching straps and painful wires, sleeping in a bra at night can increase the possibility of breast cancer.

5 Questions A Man Should Never Ask A Woman (and The Reasons Why)
~1.8 mins read
As usual, gentlemen, we’ve taken care of the legwork for you. Here are 20 questions you should never ask a woman, in no particular order.
1. You look different today, why’s that?
If this is meant as a compliment to acknowledge something ‘new’ she’s done (like getting a haircut), then you may be able to pull it off in a teasing, mischievous fashion.
But if it’s meant as a neg or a put-down, it likely isn’t a good idea.
Whether she does or doesn’t look different, this question lacks tact and doesn’t really go anywhere meaningful.
A better question to ask would be something like “I like that dress! Is it new?”
2. You’re looking tired today, did you not get a good night’s sleep?
Calling out a lady’s tired looks (even if she truly does look tired) may hurt her feelings and make her feel like you think she’s unattractive.
Instead, consider an alternative question. “I’ve been looking forward to catching up with you. Tell me how your last few days have been.”
3. How old are you?
This actually isn’t a bad question to ask a woman who looks to be under 25-27, as long as she’s younger than you.
But if you ask a 30-40+ year old this question, you may run the risk of making her feel a bit self-concious. It may be better to let this one sit until you know each other better.
4. How many guys have you been with?
I’m not a huge fan of this question because asking it out of a very specific context can put you at risk of looking jealous and insecure—which is a massive turn-off and a low-value marker.
There’s one caveat, however. If she asks you the question first, it’s fair game to reverse it.
5. Is your sister attractive?
This is a risky question. For women, competing for the attention of a dating partner with a sibling feels far worse than competing with a stranger.
It just hits closer to home, in every way imaginable.
Whether you’re pre-commitment or post-commitment, stay out of this territory unless you’re willing to risk complete and total disaster.
Thanks for reading

10 Differences Between The Boy You Date And The Man You Marry🔞part 2
~1.6 mins read
Continuation of the first part
The boy you date cares too much about looks, and will tease you for looking sloppy until you fix yourself back up to his standards.
The man you marry understands that everyone has good and bad days as far as looks go, and won’t hurt your feelings or love you less if your weight fluctuates or you have a bad hair day or forget to shave for awhile.
The boy you date will say “I’m sorry” because he just wants you to cheer up or stop nagging him. He says “I love you” because he doesn’t want to lose you, even though he doesn’t really feel the meaning of the words.
The man you marry will say “I’m sorry” because he honestly is, and he never meant to hurt you with his words or actions. He says “I love you” because he truly means it, and wants you to feel that love every minute of your life.
The boy you date will expect to have things done for him because that’s what his mom did, and that’s what other girls have done for him, and he doesn’t have to take care of himself.
The man you marry will know how to take care of himself: how to cook, clean, do laundry, pay bills, and more–because he’s already a man. It’s important for people to have this figured out before they’re ready to marry, which is a great way to tell what type your guy is.
The boy you date doesn’t want to meet your friends because he just wants to be alone with you all of the time.
The man you marry wants to hear stories about your friends until he can meet them and get to know them himself.
The boy you date well, you’re too embarrassed to take him to meet your parents, not that he’d ever bring it up himself.
The man you marry wants to meet your parents, and impresses them when he does.

10 Differences Between The Boy You Date And The Man You Marry🔞part 1
~1.9 mins read
When you’re dating a guy, it’s easy to think he’s perfect. You’re in a love haze, so be careful because there are definite differences between the boy you date and the man you marry. It’s true that people can change, so don’t ditch a guy just because he seems like a slacker at first. It’s okay to give him a chance to prove himself. However, if you don’t eventually see some of these characteristics, don’t be afraid to dump him and move on to someone new. If you’re young and having fun at this point in your life, it’s okay to date around and have flings, but before long you’re going to want to settle down, so make sure you do it with a quality man, not an immature boy.
1. The boy you date asks you to “hang out,” which involves less commitment than a date. He wants to have fun with no strings attached.
The man you marry asks you out on dates and is clear about his intentions with you. He wants to be with you and wants you to know where you’re headed.
2 The boy you date talks with you about people you know from your past, or pokes fun at that guy at the bar, or only shares funny stories because he can’t connect on a deeper level.
The man you marry can hold a conversation with you about books, movies, music, and other common interests. This makes for a more substantial relationship in the long run.
3 The boy you date will say he never wants to get married or have kids, and nothing will change his mind. Don’t try–this is a red flag that he’s not Mr. Right!
The man you marry might change his mind about wanting to marry and have kids after he’s met you.
4 The boy you date hears your attitude, takes it personally, and starts firing it right back at you until it spirals into a major fight.
The man you marry can handle your attitude and talk you down from a ledge. This is especially important when you have major life crises or a bad day at work.
5The boy you date calls you mean and immature names to make himself feel like a winner.
The man you marry fights fairly. He doesn’t call you names or use physical force, no matter how angry he gets.
Wait for the part 2

6 Productivity Secrets Of Highly Successful People Revealed
~2.1 mins read
The same old motivational secrets don’t really motivate you after you’ve read them for the tenth time, do they?
How about a unique spin on things?
These 16 productivity secrets of successful people will make you reevaluate your approach to your home, work, and creative lives.
Learn from these highly successful people’s personal development skills, turn these skills into your daily habits and you’ll get closer to success.
1) Empty your mind
It sounds counterproductive, doesn’t it?
Emptying your mind when you have so much to remember seems like you’re just begging to forget something. Instead, this gives you a clean slate so you’re not still thinking about last week’s tasks.
Clear your mind and then start thinking only about what you need to do immediately, and then today. Tasks that need to be accomplished later in the week can wait.
2) Keep certain days clear
Some companies are scheduling “No Meeting Wednesdays,” which means, funnily enough, that no one can hold a meeting on a Wednesday. This gives workers a full day to work on their own tasks, without getting sidetracked by other duties or pointless meetings. This can work in your personal life too, for example if you need to restrict Facebook access or limit phone calls.
3) Prioritize your work
Don’t think every task is created equal! Some tasks aren’t as important as others, or might take less time.
Try to sort your tasks every day and see what can be done quickly and efficiently. Get these out of the way so you have more free time and brain power to focus on what is more important.
4) Chop up your time
Many successful business leaders chop their time up into fifteen-minute intervals. This means they work on tasks for a quarter of an hour at a time, or schedule meetings for only fifteen minutes. It makes each hour seem four times as long, which leads to more productivity!
5) Have a thinking position
Truman Capote claimed he couldn’t think unless he was laying down. Proust did this as well, while Stravinsky would stand on his head!
What works for others may not work for you. Try to find a spot and position that is perfect for you to brainstorm or come up with ideas.
6) Pick three to five things you must do that day
To Do lists can get overwhelming very quickly. Instead of making a never-ending list of everything you can think of that needs to be done, make daily lists that include just three to five things.Make sure they’re things that need to be done that day, so you don’t keep putting them off.

The Most Underrated Places In The World
~2.6 mins read
Traveling is one of the most fun things you can do. You get to explore new places, meet new people, and experience different cultures. Best of all, you get a break from your regular life! But instead of visiting the same places as usual, or being caught up in a tourist trap, check out some of the most underrated places in the world.
1. Bolivia
Even though Bolivia is near the equator, there is still diversity in its climate, which means you can experience many different things as you travel from the Andes Mountains to the country’s portion of the Amazon basin. Indigenous people make up 80 percent of Bolivia’s population, which means there is still a strong sense of culture. A variety of festivals are celebrated, and it’s easy to find traditional food and listen to traditional songs and stories. The history is still very much alive as well, so while you’re there you’ll get a good overview of the country’s past and how it has changed. Bolivia has the most preserved land in terms of forests, mountains, rivers, and lakes. This makes the views even more spectacular, and you can hike the mountain trails or go on safaris. Best of all, traveling to and within Bolivia is very affordable – you’ll spend about a third as much as you would traveling in the United States!

2. Sao Paulo, Brazil
If you want to explore a monster of a foreign city, check out Sao Paulo – with over 20 million residents, it’s the third largest metropolis on earth! The city is known for its food, markets, architecture, and museums – not to mention it’s pulsing nightlife. The city is spread out so it’s hard to stay in just one area to do all you want, but Sao Paulo boasts 30 kilometers of car-free bike paths to make getting around a little easier. Hundreds of different ethnic groups call Sao Paulo home, including the largest Japanese population outside of Japan, so you’ll have no problem finding a variety of cultures to explore to enrich your time in the city. Regardless of your interests, make sure you visit a few of the city’s 150 museums and cultural centers, 420 experimental theaters, and 12,500 (yes, really!) restaurants that serve over 52 different cuisines. Oh, and the nightlife I mentioned? There are over 15,000 places! The city stays awake around the clock, so you’ll certainly find things to do.
3. Zhangjiajie, China
Zhangjiajie is a national park in the Hunan province of south-central China. Three ethnic groups make up 70% of the local population, so there is still a lot of traditional culture to explore, including language, festivals, clothing, and architecture. The locals are very friendly and love sharing their history with tourists, which makes this park a favorite place to visit. Because it is in a subtropical climate, Zhangjiajie National Forest Park has a unique “micro climate of forest,” meaning it is cool in summer and warm in winter. There are gorgeous lakes, streams, and waterfalls, along with a wide variety of rare species of animals. Fun fact: a mountain peak here was the inspiration for the visual setting of the world of Pandora in the movie “Avatar”!
