Apochi Targets Top 10 Spot In 2021

US-based Nigerian boxer, Efetobor Apochi, says one of his targets in 2021 is to make it to the Top 10 ranking of the cruiserweight category, and contend for a title.
Apochi, who represented Nigeria at the 2014 Commonwealth Games in Glasgow, Scotland, turned professional in 2017 but is currently not in the Top 15 cruiserweight ranked boxers in the world despite posting an impressive record of 10 knockout wins in 10 professional career fights.
To break into the Top 10, Apochi will need more wins in 2021 to climb up the ladder and will also have to defeat some of the division’s top boxers.
“My main goal is to have a title fight this year, and to do that I’ll have to beat at least two of the fighters in the Top 15 to 10 ranks to get myself that opportunity,†Apochi told The PUNCH.
“The target is to fight one of the top boxers for my next fight and that’s the job of my manager and promoter. I already sat with them, told them what I want and I’m sure they’ll do their best to get me the big fights.

It is very good, and important, that one should take in enough water, on a daily basis, so as to stay hydrated, and healthy. At least, we are to drink glasses of water per day. However, are you aware of the fact, that the temperature of water you drink can also affect your health? Most of us still drink too much of chilled, immediately after we return from our work, especially during summer.

1. Cold Water Effect Your Digestion.
The first and the foremost main reasons, in which one should know so as to avoid too much intake of cold water, is that it causes a serious implication on your digestion. Chilled or cold water as well as some cold beverages contract blood vessel, and also restrict digestion. The reason for this, is because your body works with temperature.
2. Another reason includes, Decreases Heart Rate.
Studies and researches have shown that drinking chilled water, do not only decrease your heart beat rate, but it also stimulates the Vagus Nerve. The Vagus Nerve is directly affected by the low temperature of water, the heart rate eventually slows down.
3. Reason number three is this, Shock Your Body.
We should also take note of this; Drinking Cold or chilled water, after work, should be seriously avoided. Many people make the mistake of drinking chilled water, especially during summer after working out. The reason is because, your body generates a lot of heat, when you workout. And if you drink cold water, there will be a temperature mismatch, which takes a toll on your digestive health. Your body also finds it difficult, to absorb cold water after work out. Drinking chilled water right after work out, may lead to chronic stomach pain, as seriously, cold water shocks your body.
4. Effect Fat Breakdown.
Drinking chilled water immediately, after work or meal, also interferes with your body ability, to breakdown fats. It effects fat breakdown.
5. The last but not the least Disadvantages of drinking cold water, or cold drink, that I will be talking about here is that, it leads to constipation.
Drinking room temperature water, that is normal temperature water is necessary for the digestive process. However, drinking chilled water can lead to constipation. The reason for this is because, when you drink chilled water, the food solidifies and hardens when passing through the body.
