Basic Computer Terminologies Everybody Should Know
~1.8 mins read
Computers are an integral part of every part of human life. A computer in itself is a wide term. It is simply defined as an electronic device that collects information as inputs, processes this information, and gives a result known as the output. Though computer includes many concepts but here are a few terminologies you should know.

CPU: CPU means ‘Central Processing Unit’ and it is main chip in a computer. The execution of the instructions within the computer system is carried out in the CPU.

Motherboard: This is a printed circuit board on which the CPU is mounted.

RAM: RAM stands for “Random Access Memory”. It is a temporary memory where your computer sends information to disk or to the storage place of instructions from other input devices. This memory is volatile, which means data disappears when the power is lost.

HDD: HDD stands for “Hard Disk Drive”. It is a storage device from which the computer can take data from to process it in the CPU or place it in RAM to work with.

Hardware: Hardware is the term referring to all the physical parts in a computer system. It includes the monitor, the keyboard, the mouse, the main case which stores the RAM, CPU and the motherboard.

OFFICIAL: Manchester United Complete The Signing Of Donny Van De Beek From Ajax
~2.3 mins read
Manchester United have announced the arrival of Donny van de Beek from Ajax after the midfielder signed a five-year contract at Old Trafford.
Van de Beek has forged a reputation as one of the most exciting young midfielders in European football having starred for Ajax in recent years and he played a pivotal role in their march to the semi-finals of the Champions League in 2019.
The 23-year-old has attracted interest from a number of top European clubs with Manchester United among those to have scouted the Dutch international extensively over the past few years.
The Red Devils finally made their move last week after opening talks with Ajax and Sky Sports News claim that van de Beek completed his medical in Holland after a deal was agreed between the two clubs.
Sky Sports says Man Utd have agreed to pay Ajax £34.6m up front with a further £4.4m due if various add-ons are met, meaning the entire deal could be worth up to £40m, which is a superb piece of business for a player of his quality.
United have now formally announced the deal on ManUtd.com after confirming that van de Beek has joined the club from Ajax on a five- year contract with the option of another year.
After completing his move, van de Beek said it’s an ‘incredible opportunity’ to join such a big club and expressed his excitement at being part of Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s team following talks with the Norwegian coach.
The midfielder told ManUtd.com:
“I cannot begin to explain how incredible an opportunity it is to join a club with such an amazing history.
“I would like to thank everyone at Ajax. I grew up there and I will always have a special bond with the club.
“I am now ready to take the next step in my career and perform at the highest level and there is no higher standard than Manchester United.
“Everyone has told me how amazing the Old Trafford atmosphere is and I am looking forward to experiencing that, once it is safe for the fans to return.
“This team has some of the best midfielders in the world and I know that I can learn from them and also bring my own strengths to the group.
“Having spoken to the manager about his vision for this team, the direction that the club is going in is hugely exciting and I cannot wait to be a part of that.”
Van de Beek becomes Man Utd’s first major signing of the summer and he should prove to be a very shrewd piece of business by the club if he settles into life in the Premier League.
The Dutchman contributed 10 goals and 11 assists in 37 appearances for Ajax last season so he’ll provide extra creativity to Solskjaer and he could form an exciting midfield trio alongside Paul Pogba and Bruno Fernandes this season.
As United have announced the signing before Holland’s Nations League games against Poland and Italy, van de Beek won’t need to quarantine when he arrives in the UK next week. The midfielder can now apply for an exemption on sporting grounds and should be available for selection for Man Utd’s Premier League opener against Crystal Palace on the 19th.

William Is Now In The Top Flight's Top 10 Best-paid Players After Arsenal Move.
~1.5 mins read

Despite making a move at the age of 32, and leaving a Champions League club for one in the Europa League, Willian has now joined the ranks of the Premier League's best-paid footballers.

Arsenal have pulled out all the stops to get their man, handing Willian a lucrative package worth up to £220,000 per week to persuade him to invest the final years of his career at the elite level in north London.

The move comes at a time when the Gunners have found themselves under increased public scrutiny, following their announcement that 55 members of staff are to be made redundant.

This news arrived even after the senior squad members each agreed to take pay deferrals, yet now the club have welcomed Willian on huge wages. When bonuses, a signing-on fee and loyalty payments over the three years are included, it will amount to potentially £220,000 per week, or around £35m over the course of his contract.

Willian therefore, despite his ageing years, will find himself as the ninth-best-paid player in the entire Premier League.

To put that into context, Willian is now earning more than each one of Liverpool's famed front three of Mohamed Salah (£200,000 p/w), Sadio Mane (£200,000 p/w) and Roberto Firmino (£180,000 p/w), who are widely hailed as the best attacking trio in world football and have just delivered a record-breaking league triumph for their club.

Willian's deal sees him surpass these players, despite all three having only just signed new contracts in recent years.

In 2018, Salah penned a new long-term deal at Anfield that will keep him at the club until 2023 and made him one of the highest-earning players in Liverpool history.

But Willian has ensured to keep his stock high, and will now be pocketing £10.6m annually with the Gunners until he is at least 35.

Mosquitoes And Why They Buzz In Your Ears
~1.9 mins read

Mosquitoes are actually the most dangerous animals in the world, killing more than two million people per year. They are crepuscular, most active at dawn and dusk. A mosquito does not "bite", but siphon the blood out by a tube. The blood serves no nourishment. Mosquitoes require protein so that their eggs can mature prior to laying, which is why only the females drink blood. Males eat plant sap and nectar.

Despite the fact that humans have all this other warm body parts that mosquitos could be biting and busy with, it always seems like all they want is to buzz in your ears. They are actually not attracted to your ears. What we know is that they are attracted to exhales and body heat. To find victims, the female mosquito follows cues like your body heat, moisture and carbon dioxide emissions. In particular, the carbon dioxide you give off when you exhale attracts the insect to your heads, where they fly around looking for a landing spot.

Mosquitoes also have eyes that can see shades of black and white, as well as movement. Still sensors allow the insects to locate the heat. When a mosquito gets a sniff of carbon dioxide, the smelling part of its brain begins to send messages to the visual part telling it to be on the lookout for food. The ears just happen to be the place where you hear them the most as they are attracted to any exposed part of your body while you sleep. In other words, mosquitos are so busy flying around your body while you sleep they are bound to pass by your ears to the point that you will think they are just buzzing in your ears to annoy you all night long. You can scare them off by eating garlic!

The only place mosquitoes do not live is Antarctica.

Trump Announces 'historic Peace Agreement' Between Israel,
~0.7 mins read
President Trump on Thursday announced what he called a “Historic Peace Agreement” between Israel and the United Arab Emirates, saying they agreed to “full normalization of relations.”
“HUGE breakthrough today! Historic Peace Agreement between our two GREAT friends, Israel and the United Arab Emirates!” Trump tweeted Thursday morning.
The president, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the United Arab Emirates Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed released a joint statement Thursday, after the three spoke “and agreed to the full normalization of relations between Israel and the United Arab Emirates.” The statement said that the “diplomatic breakthrough” was at “the request of President Trump,” and that Israel will “suspend declaring sovereignty over areas outlined in the President’s Vision for Peace and focus its efforts now on expanding ties with other countries in the Arab and Muslim world.”
Israel and the UAE also said they will continue their efforts to “achieve a just, comprehensive and enduring resolution to the Israeli-Palestinian

Respected Football Pundit Questions Arsenal’s Move For Willian
~1.6 mins read
Arsenal is on the verge of completing the free signing of Willian from Chelsea now that he is available.
The Brazilian has spent the last seven years of his career in London playing for the Blues, but it appears that he will now look for a new challenge across town at the Emirates.
The main sticking point in his negotiation with the Blues is that they wanted to hand him a new two-year deal, but the Brazilian was insistent on getting a three-year deal.
Chelsea decided that they couldn’t proceed further if he won’t give-in and he is now free to join another team.
Arsenal is leading the race to sign him and the Gunners have reportedly agreed to hand him a new deal for three years and that decision has been questioned.
European football expert Gabriele Marcotti has questioned why the Gunners will hand him a deal of that length because he doesn’t expect him to be at the top of his game for that long.
He said on the Transfer Talk podcast : “I just think it’s a very unusual approach that Raul Sanllehi’s taking unless they know something we don’t, unless the know they’re going to get Aubameyang on a number they’re comfortable with or they know that they’re going to sell [Alexandre] Lacazette or extend Lacazette.
“But we’re going to be in the exact same position with Lacazette very, very soon and that can’t be good for the club.
“The other thing I should say about the three-year [deal], everyone’s reporting it and we don’t know yet, they say it’s a three-year deal for Willian.
“Willian turns 32 on Sunday I believe but do you need to give the guy a three-year deal?
“Might it not make sense to give him a shorter deal plus an option, or whatever.
“It just seems like a massive commitment, we’re talking about a winger here.
“There’s not that many wingers that are still as effective when they start getting to 33, 34, 35.
“So I just think these are all things that I find a little bit unusual.”
