While you are at a wedding party or a social function, please be conscious about making good first impressions. Men don't see your spirituality at first sight, it's the way we are wired. For many of us it has to be first pleasing to our eyes before we press in to check if it's pleasing to our spirit.

Many years ago in my single season, I was at a party checking out a pretty lady sitting across the table, in my head I was already calculating my smart moves, how to say hello and ask for her number. But behold, before I could finish pressing my calculator the young lady got into an argument with a waitress and it became very heated that they got into pushing and shoving, because the jollof did not get to her table. I mean she practically removed her wig and fought this waitress to nonsense for food. 

I was amazed! I just kept saying "thank you Jesus" underneath my breath.

Please don't judge me. Don't tell me she might not actually be like that at home, and don't tell me anyone can get angry because they are not being served at a party. I give her the benefit of the doubt but first impression matters to me, many of us have seen shege in our past relationships to see fire and still want to put our head again.

I'm telling you from mens view point, be conscious of the way you carry yourself, the way you sit and the way you talk when you are in a social function with opportunities to make some good connections.

It is not compulsory that you must eat the chicken on your plate to the last bone, have some decency and a sense of awareness please, you are not in your parlour. Many of you will even bring a nylon bag to a party to pack rice, worse part is you'll bring a transparent bag for everyone to see the half moimoi and packs of salad with one crate of fanta you are taking home like you are going to open a factory in your house, then you wonder why good men don't approach you, when you are always appearing as a food ambassador. 

There is etiquette for dancing at a party please, you don't dance and remove your wig. Some of you will dance until your eye lashes fall off. You dance until you get soaked in your own sweat and be smelling like wedding debt, you need a masterclass on comportment and organisation dear sister.

I know this is not my business but I just had to teach it. Many of you are not being approached from men because your first impressions are already a turn off, even though you are a beautiful soul inside.

Warner Bros said late Monday it is delaying the release of “Dune” and “The Batman” movies, another setback for the entertainment industry hit by COVID-19 pandemic lockdowns and social distancing measures that have closed theatres worldwide.

“Dune”, a sci-fi movie directed by Canadian director Dennis Villeneuve, is now scheduled to open in October 2021, instead of December.

The release of “The Batman”, starring Robert Pattinson, has been moved to the spring of 2022 from October next year.

Movie releases have been getting delayed even after restrictions were eased, with people still wary of stepping into cinema halls, and many theatres still not operational.

Wonder Woman 1984 delayed by Warner Bros

On Monday, the world’s second-biggest cinema chain, Cineworld, decided to temporarily close its UK and U.S. movie theatres in an attempt to survive a collapse in film-making and cinema-going.

Credit rating agency Fitch promptly downgraded the company.

“Our base-case forecasts indicate that, the company’s current liquidity levels may only be sufficient until November to December 2020, assuming no revolving credit facility (RCF) extensions,” Fitch said in a statement.

Earlier, the filming of “The Batman” was also shut down for two weeks after a member of the production – widely reported to be Pattinson – tested positive for the new coronavirus.

Filming resumed in Britain last month and Warner Bros never confirmed or denied reports about Pattinson’s diagnosis.

“Dune” has gained a lot of traction for its cast that includes 24-year-old Timothee Chalamet, who was nominated for an Academy Award for his role in the 2017 film “Call Me by Your Name.”

Other big-budget Warner Bros movies to have their releases delayed include “Tenet” and “Wonder Woman 1984”.

The release of the new James Bond movie “No Time to Die” from MGM and Comcast Corp’s Universal Pictures has also been delayed until April 2021.
