Vaginal Infection: it is infection that grows in woman's vaginal, you might see it very common but it can make you as a woman not to be fertile.

 1. You have to be very hygienic

 

 2. Always make sure your underwear are sun dried after washing it, it can help to stop any infection to grow or better still you can use iron to iron it when ever you want to wear it.

 

 3. Avoid multiple intercourse because you can easily get it from them

 

 4. You have to eat healthy foods like fruit and veggies

 

 5. if your partner have intercourse with you before you found out about your infection, you should also have your partner treated if not you will contact it again.

 

 

 6. Don't use soap to wash your vaginal or better still you can use a mild soap to wash it

 

 

 7. You should stop the use of pant liners, you can wear cotton panties
