**Hot Oil Treatment**

1. Take any of this oil, olive oil, coconut oil, canola oil, heat up any of this oil that is available for, just make it warm but not too hot.

2. Now massage the oil gently on your scalp, until you have massage everywhere,then cover shower cap and leave it for an hour.

3. Now wash off the oil with your shampoo,and you can apply any hair moisturizer.

**Natural Juice Treatment**

1. You can use any of this juice, onions juice, garlic juice or ginger juice , make sure you apply everywhere,

  2. Then cover it with your shower cap and leave it overnight, , in the morning wash it thoroughly with your shampoo. 

  

  

  **Get Hair Massage**

1. Massage your scalp few times daily, it help stimulate circulation. A very good circulation in the scalp keep hair follicles active. 

2. Massage your hair using a few drops of lavender or bay essential oil in an almond oil or sesame oil

**Antioxidants** apply warm green tea on your scalp and leave it for an hour and raise your hair. Green tea contains antioxidants which prevent hair loss and boost hair growth.

They say that love is a sweet thing until i have crush on someone and that person is my sit mate, it's really hard for me to avoid him. 

 

Everyday i try to confess my true feeling to him but i stop because they said it's not right for a lady to confess that's the men's work, I'm hurting inside of me.

 

 

Ah it's hard to stop admiring him, everything he does makes me happy, i feel jealous everytime he talks to other ladies in class, i asked myself one day what should i do to stop all this ladies from coming close to him.

 

 

I have be giving him signal 🚥🚦 but he is not seeing it, what should i do so that he can notice me, oh come Raphael can't you see that i love you, should i say it out before you know that i love you.
