Suspected ritualists nabbed with corpses of two girls in a coffin in Ogwashi-Uku community of Delta State.
A viral video that is currently making rounds on social media has captured the moment suspected ritualists were caught with corpses of two girls in a coffin.
According to what we gathered, the suspected ritualists have been tormenting the Ogulwashi-Uku community of Delta State and thank God they were nabbed.
Just like the saying goes that everyday is for the thief to rob but one-day is for the owner or people to expose the miscreants.
Who knows how many girls they would have slaughtered just for a quest for money.
I don’t know why some people are so wicked and heartless.
Why will you kill your fellow human?
If you are doing good, continue doing good and if you are doing bad, continue doing bad because there is always a reward for everything you do.
Ladies, you should be careful with the person you make as friend because you don’t know who is who.
May God protect us so that we don’t fall into the hands of culprits or miscreants.
11 Years After Micheal Jackson Dead
11 years after Michael Jackson died, no one wants to buy his estate; checkout the reasons.
When the late music legend died, and his famous estate the "Neverland Estate" was put up for sell, most people thought it will be sold immediately. But it's years now and no one wants to buy the estate of the music legend.
The Neverland Ranch was one of the most expensive built house at a point in time. It occupies 2,700-acre of land. On the 2,700, 16 bedrooms, 29 bathrooms, theater, various sport courts, lake, etc was built on it. When Michael Jackson died, it was put up for sale and the asking price for the Ranch was set at $100 million. $100 million was thought to be good to acquire a home of a music Legend. Years pass by and no one showed up with the intent of buying the property. As the building was losing its value, the price was slashed down to $31 million. It was expected that at this rate, it would be sold out fast. But no one still came for that amount. What are the reasons why no one have shown interest in the Neverland Ranch?
1. The architectural design of the house is that of a children play ground. Just like Disney. No one wants to spend millions of dollars to acquire a property that looks like a Disney ground when they can get a better house for less amount.
2. The Neverland Ranch has a stigma attached to it
There were lots of unconfirmed bad stories about the ranch. There were rumors of multiple abuse of children in the ranch. The rumors did not help the image of the ranch despite it was owned by a legend.
The estate has been removed from the market after it felled to sell for years.Good News: A Bag Of Cement Is No Longer #3700. See The New Price
Just when we thought we will soon be free from the pandemic and stabilize the economic system of the country, #EndSARS protest came in and triggered everything, affecting the prices of commodities across the 36 states.
In the early months of the year 2020, a bag of cement was sold at the rate of N2,750 in Kaduna, but as at the time of the #EndSARS protest, some cement sellers took advantage of the situation as they increased the price of a bag of cement to N3,700, while in some places it was sold at N4000.
Although some of the cement-stores were closed due to security challenges across the country, caused by hoodlums who hijacked the peaceful EndSARS protest, causing scarcity of cement which resulted to the high increase in it's price.
Presently in kaduna and some northern states, a bag of cement is no longer sold at N3,700 or N4000.
In the early hours of today, being Wednesday 18th, I made inquiries on the the new price of cement in three different stores in Kafanchan, kaduna South. With the inquiries I made, I discovered that the price of cement is gradually decreasing.
In the first store I visited, they sell a bag of cement at the rate of N2,950, in the second store, it is sold at the rate of N3,100, while in the third store it is sold at N3,000 but the store owner Mr. Kenneth, said there's always a small discount of N50, depending on the quantity the customer is buying.
This implies that the price of a bag of cement is ranging from N2,950 to N3,100 depending on the retailer, it is indeed a good news.
The increase in the price of cement and other commodities across the 36 states including the FCT Abuja for the past few months has really affected many Nigerians, but I thank God that the price of cement in some states is gradually falling and we are anticipating that the price will continue to decrease to N2,500 as it use to be sold, so that people with unfinished projects can be able to complete it up.
