2. Muffins: They are small cakes made from flour, vegetable oil, egg and sugar. They are bad for eating as breakfast because they contain high calorie, sugar and fat content which are not healthy for the body system.

3. Sugary cereals: These are cereals that contains a very high percentage of sugar which might lead to high sugar levels. It is not advisable to start your day with sugary cereals which will spike up or increase your sugar level.

4. Sweetened yogurt: A container of sweetened yogurt is a bad choice for breakfast as they contain a very high level of sugar induced by artificial sweeteners and chemicals which are hard to the health.

 Breakfasts are very essential in human life as they could give you start-up energy and staple blood sugar. Foods that alter these should be highly avoided as breakfast and abstain from.
