You can sell anything to the rich. These could be ideas, cars, clothes, watches, real estate, projects, or anything. 

As a salesperson, You have written down your plans and your goal is to make big deals. You don't want to spend the rest of your life trying to convince people that don't have the money to purchase your product. You want to sell to rich clients, people who have the money to spend.

Obi Cubana isn't going to call you one day and tell you to sell him and his family good clothes and watches. Right? These rich people already have what you are selling. Now, how do you sell your products and services to them?

Here are two rules to obey if you want to sell to a rich man. 

 

1. Time over money 

Ryan Serhant, author of Big Money Energy said, "The greatest asset wealthy people have is not their money, it’s their time." Wealthy people will appreciate it if you take the time to make adequate preparation before the presentation. You have to know your onions to have a deal with a wealthy person. 

Now understand, you can't impress the rich with your clothes because they put on more expensive clothes than yours. Let's say you are a real estate agent, your big client will appreciate it if you take the time to research the apartment she wants than your sweat talk. Money is not their problem and they want the best. What rich people need is someone who can tell them what they want to know briefly with authority. 

2. Be who you want to be

The truth is, you have to look presentable. If you want the rich to purchase from you, they need to see wealth in you. Put on good clothes that make you feel confident. You have to project your future, more successful version of yourself onto the current version to achieve your aim. You have to imagine your future successful self and bring it to now. 

Make yourself into the person you want to see. Dress as a successful man if you want to attract successful people to yourself.
