This holy book talks about a certain sick man called Lazarus, brother of Mary and Martha who was sick and later died but JESUS CHRIST restored him to life again.

The only thing we need to do is to believe GOD for solution to whatever challenges we might be passing through, we can see the the response of JESUS CHRIST concerning Lazarus sickness in verse: 4 of our text which says

 ' when Jesus heard that, he saith to them, the sickness is not unto death, but for the glory of GOD, that the son of GOD might be glorified thereby'.

      This mean, whatever the life vicissitudes has presented your way is not unto condemnation but for the glory of God, that the son of GOD (JESUS CHRIST) might be glorified in your life and upon such challenges that has confronted you, be it Health, Marital, Academic among others, you are not alone, JESUS CHRIST also loves you (John 11:5), He care for you, so, do not give up, do not give room for fear or trembling, Jesus is there for you, He has said is going to glory himself (his resurrection power) over that challenges you are facing. Heeey!!! do not be deceive by those noise you have heard, what you are hearing and what you have seen around you, see what Mary and Martha said read and stand in the gap for your own miracle. 

John.11.32 'Then when Mary was come where Jesus was, and saw him, she fell down at his feet, saying unto him, Lord, if thou hadst been here, my brother had not died. (KJV) John.11.21 Then said Martha unto Jesus, Lord, if thou hadst been here, my brother had not died. (KJV) John.11.22 But I know, that even now, whatsoever thou wilt ask of God, God will give it thee. (KJV), John.11.23 Jesus saith unto her, Thy brother shall rise again. (KJV), John.11.24 Martha saith unto him, I know that he shall rise again in the resurrection at the last day. (KJV), John.11.25 Jesus said unto her, I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live: (KJV)'.

      Mary and Martha know and believe Jesus Christ that whatever He has said, HE says or HE will say will be so, HE even encourage Martha when her faith was shaken, and immediately she regain her faith , John.11.39 'Jesus said, Take ye away the stone. Martha, the sister of him that was dead, saith unto him, Lord, by this time he stinketh: for he hath been dead four days. (KJV), John.11.40 Jesus saith unto her, Said I not unto thee, that, if thou wouldest believe, thou shouldest see the glory of God? (KJV).

     This was what the word JESUS CHRIST spoke to encourage Martha, behold the supernatural power of JESUS CHRIST resulted into supernatural miracle that rase LAZARUS to life again. Halleluyah!!!. All you need do is to pray with faith, Read the word of GOD (the scripture) to energise your spirit and without doubt, you shall victorious and rise again above your challenges in life in JESUS NAME. AMEN ????????????.

 
This subject matter is very important and I feel it should not be short-sighted, though It’s certainly not as easy as it sounds. Every person is unique. So, it only makes sense that personal development will look different for everyone. But what does it actually mean? 

Personal development is the intentional or conscious evolution of human nature which involves our ability to learn and apply that which enables or qualifies us to attain emotional well-being, understanding and effectiveness, (emotional stability) and to share this knowledge with others. In other words, Personal development is equivalent to personal growth which involves individual's conscious development of good characters or behaviours they learn to express in other to attain mental and emotional maturity.

It is the also the act of looking inward and focusing on ways to better yourself, increases your self-awareness and self-esteem, increases your skills, and fulfills your aspirations. It helps to achieve a purpose or result, especially in the pursuit of clarity, purpose, and passion in life. Personal development is much larger than just career development or self-development. It encompasses all aspects of your life where you’d like to see personal growth and it doesn’t discriminate on where it shows up for you. 

However, this subject matter is sorely lacking as a result of our culture, which is predominantly focused on survival needs like food, clothing and shelter. Each of us are in competition with others, we make no room for unconditional love, and our spiritual inner nature is repressed. Though there are sophisticated scientific machines and instruments, advancement in research and technology and complexity in administrative task, yet human nature has not moved forward as it might. We are now paying the price for human selfishness and inconsideration.
