It is however relevant to know that change can be a catalyst for growth and development. Change brings #creativity and innovations. When new challenges or situations are being encountered, the human brain is activated and forced to proffer solutions. This is due to the brains wired nature and it seeks to create novel experiences and further adapts to such changes afterwards. When a person embrace change, it creates the opportunity to seldom use newer ideas in a natural way and innovations in ways that could be considered impossible 😔.

Change exposes the mind to new #perspectives. When you are limited to same experience especially within your comfort zone, you're bound to interact with same kinds of minds, solve same problem over always, and often prompt to act in no different way. However, when the human mind gets exposed to new people, new things, new environment, and new perspectives of life, the mind's horizon is broaden and it can help individuals to see the world differently and in a new way. Change brings about #learning from others and expanding the breadth of one's knowledge 🍜.

Though change can be very uncomfortable and painful, sometimes it builds resilience. You build resilience when you are faced with obstacles, and your mind learns to adapt, pivot and persevere. This present you with invaluable skills that play important roles in your professional life as it births great confidence and self-esteem 😊.

Change many values are immeasurably unnumbered, as there's no limit to it's relevance and the experiences accompanied with it. So when next you're faced with a challenge, embrace it and see where it takes you while you put the mind at work. You could get a surprise in the 🔚.

TO THE Woman WHO IS SLOWLY FADING AWAY...

To the woman who has lost their spark.

To the people whose get up and go, has well and truly gone.

This is for you.

This is to remind you, that you don’t have to be everything to everyone, every day.

You didn’t sign up for that.

Remember when you used to laugh? Sing?

Throw caution to the wind?

Remember when you used to forgive yourself more quickly for not always being perfect.

You can get that back again.

You really can.

And that doesn’t have to mean letting people down or walking away.

It just means being kinder to you, feeling brave enough to say no sometimes.

Being brave enough to stop sometimes.

And rest.

It starts the moment you realise that you’re not quite who you used to be.

Some of that is good, some of that is not.

There are parts of you that need to be brought back.

And if anyone in your life is not okay with that… they are not your people. Your people will be glad to see that spark starting to light up again.

So, if you have been slowly fading away my friend, this is the time to start saying yes to things that bring you joy and no to things that don’t.

My Mom once told me that she walked into a room where a couple of friends were discussing her, they didn’t know she was there.

She shook her head, smiled and walked away.

My Mom also told me that she had a friend who talked bad about her, she never knew that Mom found out, Mom never mentioned it.

She smiled and walked away from this friendship.

She told me she had family who chose to shift her out of their life because she stood up for herself for a change.

And because she stopped crossing oceans for them when they would not even help her cross a bridge.

She smiled, shook her head and walked away.

So I asked her how she could just walk away from people that betrayed her while pretending to be her friends or family.

She answered that every time she came to a crossroad like that, she had to decide who will be going forward on her journey with her.

This showed her who she cannot take along with her.

So she explained to me that you should never get mad at a person who betrays you, even in the name of friendship or family.

Just gracefully bow out and enjoy your journey with all the new people you’ll meet along the way.~

Stop telling yourself all the cants you’ve made yourself believe.

You’re better than that, so shrinking yourself for the expectations of others or because you’re afraid will never be enough for you.

It’s okay to be scared..

That means you’re alive- in fact, we’re all scared at first.

Before you do it, it may seem impossible or implausible,

And that’s okay, too.

Please don’t tell me that you’re too old, too tired, too beaten down or too weak.

I know it’s hard to believe in yourself because you’ve been downtrodden and at rock bottom for so long.

But this is where you start your comeback.

This is the chapter in your life that changes your life..

And it’s all up to you.

Before you say I’m naive, that I don’t know how hard it is or that I don’t know what it means to be tired..

I do.

I’ve been where you are and I made a choice to rise from the ashes of the old life that I burned down..

So, it’s your turn to choose to rise up or stay down.

Whatever your dreams are, no matter how big or how small,

You’ve got this.

Learn to dance.

Start a new career.

Skydive.

And when you get to that point where you’re scared and maybe it even hurts a little..

Keep going.

Your best days, your loudest laughter and deepest loves are still ahead of you.

Stop saying what could go wrong and start believing what could go right.

It’s your life.

You’ve got one shot.

Make it a memorable one.

In the end, it’s all up to you.

Barely the day started and... it's already six in the evening.

Barely arrived on Monday and it's already Friday.

... And the month is already over.

... And the year is almost over.

... And already 40, 50 or 60 years of our lives have passed.

... And we realize that we lost our parents, friends.

and we realize it's too late to go back...

#So...

Let's try, despite everything, to enjoy the remaining time...

Let's keep looking for activities that we like...

Let's put some color in our grey...

Let's smile at the little things in life that put balm in our hearts.

And despite everything, we must continue to enjoy with serenity this time we have left.

Let's try to eliminate the afters...

I'm doing it after...

I'll say after...

I'll think about it after...

We leave everything for later like ′′ after ′′ is ours.

what we don't understand is that:

Afterwards, the coffee gets cold...

afterwards, priorities change...

Afterwards, the charm is broken...

afterwards, health passes...

Afterwards, the kids grow up...

Afterwards parents get old...

Afterwards, promises are forgotten...

afterwards, the day becomes the night...

afterwards life ends...

And then it's often too late....

Don't Politicize Tinubu's Presence At Rev. Kukah's 70th Birthday – CAN

The Christian Association of Nigeria has described as untrue claims that it had changed its position regarding the Muslim-Muslim ticket of the All Progressives Congress after allegedly meeting its presidential candidate, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu.

The organisation also warned against politicizing the presence of Tinubu at the 70th birthday celebration of the Catholic Bishop of Sokoto Diocese, Rev. Matthew Kukah, in Abuja.

The President of CAN, Daniel Okoh, made this known in a statement by his Special Assistant (Media and Strategic Communication), Luminous Jannamike, titled, “Muslim-Muslim Ticket: CAN maintains its position.”

See how his body was roasted like common bush rat. Oh what an evil act of man's inhumanity to humility!

Late Rev Fr. Tanko was reported to be on his way to a peace talk meeting lingering between the Tiv tribe and the Jukun tribe before he was attacked . He died as a martyr of the Church serving God and humanity. Continue to rest in peace dear servant of the God Most High. Indeed the blood of Holy Martyrs is one of the pillars of our Christian faith. copied
