Today I want to enlighten you on some home remedies to whiten your teeth instantly or through continual usage.
Everyone loves to have white and shining teeth but what we do eat build up in our teeth and causes them to become brown or black overtime.
Toothpaste alone won't give you that whiteness you so much desire.
These are some home remedies to whiten your teeth instantly
Garlic
Materials needed
3 garlic
1 lime
1 tablespoon of toothpaste
1/2 teaspoon of salt
Procedure
Rinse your garlic
Grate it into a bowl
Rinse and cut your lime
Squeeze out he juice into the garlic paste
Add your toothpaste
Add your salt
Mix very well with your toothbrush
And voila your teeth whitening remedy is ready
Use it to brush your teeth for at least 2 minutes
You can store for at least a week.
Baking soda
material needed
Toothpaste
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon hydrogen peroxide
1/2 teaspoon of water
Mix them throughly then brush your teeth for two minutes.
Remember to do it once or twice a week until you reach your desired whiteness.
Once your teeth are good and whiten, limit it to once or twice every month.
