Nowadays we login to our social media accounts and as we start scrolling through the endless posts online, we observe and absorb so much information, part of which includes sexual and relationship contents alike. Although we can not totally rule out the good sides of the internet and social media on relationships these days. Instant messaging, photo sharing, video calls and so on brings us closer in a way or two. Long distance relationship have been made easier and possible through social media as both parties can stay connected without being physically present. 

 But the fact that social media is capable of interfering with our mental health is an issues that needs to be taken seriously. Most things we see online are very unrealistic and are often times not the case as being seen by internet users, simple put, "fake life" as commonly called these days.
