When I was a child, one of the scariest creature to me was the ‘snake lizard. ‘ I always ran when I saw one in my backyard.

This was because I thought this creature was dangerous to human beings. I also thought it carried poisonous substances. However, I was wrong.

I was wrong about everything!

First of all, the name of this creature is not “Snake Lizard. ” They are actually called Skinks.

Secondly, Skinks are not dangerous at all. Although, they can bite but their bites can cause no harm at all.

I am sure that most of you(my readers) must have come across this creature. Well, if you were like the little me who was scared of this creature, then worry no more!

Another great fact about Skinks is that they are really great reptile pets. This is because they can help in killing household insects in the home.

Many people have being complaining of the negative impacts of the global pandemic caused by Covid-19 especially those in the business sector. But trust me, many people are making it in this post covid-19 era.

I must say that this year's West Africa Examination Council (WAEC) is a blessing to many. When I mean a blessing, I mean a lifetime shocking and sudden blessing.

About a month ago when federal government issued an order for exit classes to resume in preparation for their examinations, we saw some group of SS3 boys that tagged themselves as 'Benefit Boys'. It went viral on social mediaJust few minutes ago, Victory Richard posted on Facebook, "WAEC 2020 done and dusted. Meet the new benefit girls. My gang and I with our new car after exam". These three girls posted a photo of them beside the car.

I am happy for them, but my question is, how did these girls purchase this car? It's still a mystery to me, just like the 'benefit boys'. Or are they playing with our minds? Well lets celebrate with them for its a good thing to me.
