~3.2 mins read
Good Morning my fellow readers and followers! Is there anyone who don't want to live long why on earth?
The lungs are a pair of spongy, air-filled organs located on either side of the chest (thorax). The trachea (windpipe) conducts inhaled air into thelungsthrough its tubular branches, called bronchi. The bronchi then divide into smaller and smaller branches (bronchioles), finally becoming microscopic.
The lungs are the primary organs of the respiratory system in humans and many other animals including a few fish and some snails . In mammals and most other vertebrates , two lungs are located near the backbone on either side of the heart. Their function in the respiratory system is to extract oxygen from the atmosphere and transfer it into the bloodstream , and to release carbon dioxide from the bloodstream into the atmosphere, in a process of gas exchange.
Our diet play a vital role in our daily life because what you take in to Your body have the capacity to make you healthy or make you sick.

Please instead of taking excess Salt or Salty foods, I recommend herbs and spices to enhance the flavor of Your foods.

Total fried meat intake was associated with a statistically significant increase in risk of adenocarcinoma of the lung(Table III), but not with risk of non-adenocarcinoma.
Moreover, Excessive Intake of fried foods over time can cause weight gain, which now increases pressure on the lungs. Fried foods are full of unhealthy fats that raise Bad cholesterol level and increase the risk of Heart Disease.
