Turmeric oil can be added to cream and other solution such as your facial cleanser, face cream and many others.

So instead of bleaching your skin, you can use turmeric oil and tone your skin naturally.

How to make tumeric oil
Ingredient
- Turmeric.

-olive oil or coconut oil.


Procedure.

1. Wash and peel the back of the turmeric.


2. Grate the turmeric into tiny piece to make it easier to extract the juice.

3. Place any empty pot on fire, add some water into the pot and allow the water to boil.
4. Add the grated turmeric into a jar and add either coconut oil or Olive oil to it and make sure that the oil covers the turmeric.
5. Stir the mixture until the mixture is even.

6. Partially cover the jar and place it into the boiling water.
7. After boiling the mixture for about 10 minutes, then put off the fire and take off the from the hot water and allow to cool.
8. After cooling completely, you seive the mixture and then your turmeric oil is ready.

12 Ways To Love Yourself More.

Sometimes it seems easier to love others than it does to love yourself, but self-acceptance is an important part of developing healthy relationships with others. Loving yourself means recognizing your own self-worth and living your own life as honestly as you can. Luckily, with a little practice and patience, you can learn to love yourself, too.

1. Say “I Love You” - Put those 3 words on every mirror in your home. Whenever you look at yourself you will also look at those words and begin to associate.


 
2. Treat Yourself - Spend some of your paycheck on experiences for yourself. Do the things you always wanted or at least work towards getting them.

3. Go On Dates - Especially if no one wants to come along, go by yourself. Have dinner by yourself, go to a movie or make a picnic for yourself in the park.

4. Accept Yourself - Spend at least 5 minutes a day loving your own shortcomings. For this use the following trick: Say something you dislike about yourself and then add the words: “And I love that about myself.” This brings you right into acceptance.

5. Remember That You Tried - Once a week look to your past and remind yourself that everything you have been through you did for you. Every decision you made was for your life to be better. It may not always have worked out in your favor, but based on where you were you tried your best. Meaning every you along the way up until now was working for a better life. Honor your past selves by remembering how much you already love yourself.

6. Find Reasons For Pride - 3 Things at the end of the day that you are proud of having done or that you are grateful for that were caused through or by you. Say these out loud or write them down in a journal. Review this as often as you can.


 
7. Take Sexy Pictures Of Yourself - Set these as your own backdrops on your phone and PC.

8. Compliment Yourself - At least one compliment a day about your outfit, your personality or your looks is a requirement.

9. Push Harder - Before you finish anything, be it a project, workout or even a grocery store trip, ask yourself if that is the best you can do. If not, then go back into it and push.

10. Create Joy - Start a list of things that bring you joy. Edit the list every time something new comes up or something ceases to bring you joy. Begin by looking at what used to bring you joy and then do as many of these things as you can each day.

11. Do What Is Necessary - You know whether or not you are doing enough for each of your goals and dreams or if you are avoiding the necessary things. Make an actual Must-Do List and cross of as many items as you can. Start this list by looking at what would undoubtedly get you to your goal given enough time.

12. Do More For You - Create at least one habit for each of your goals and then work on each of them daily for you. Take responsibility for your own life Now.
