Miracles are supernaturals  events that shows the power of God as they are God special intervention in the human affairs. When Jesus Christ was on earth he performed so many miracles.

In this article, I will be showing you the different miracles Jesus Christ performed on earth:

1. Turning water in to wine in the  wedding feast in Galilee.

2. Calming the storm and rebuking the wind.

3. Feeding a crowd of over five thousand people.

4. Walking on a river.

5. Feeding a crowd of over four thousand people.

6. Healing of the ten leapers.

7. Casting out demons in the region of gardarnes in Galilee.

  Fasting involves going without or shifting your food intake. People who fast do so in the hope of loosing or living a better life.

  In this article, I will be showing you ways to stay safe while fasting:

1. When fasting eat small amount of food to avoid dizziness, hungry and unfocuseness.

2. Maintain hydration as it is adviceable to drink enough water while fasting.

3. Don't eat a feast after a fast as you may feel bloated and exhausted. 

4. If you feel hungry, weary and sick you should not fast but sick medical attention.

5. On non-fasting days eat whole foods inorder to enhance your health and reduce the risk of diseases to the human body.
