Things You Should Stop Doing If You Want To Grow

As humans err is normal and natural and actually, this is what makes us human and there is nothing in this world that can really change that. But that doesn't give room to complacency,disregard or lack of zeal for development of ourselves. 

There are some things we do that are very detrimental and bad to our personal self and life which when not stopped can lead to life of regrets and pain. 


When you stop doing these things, you begin to see positive results immediately and you will wish you knew earlier. 



1.Lies: Nobody likes a liar and nobody wants to risk trusting them.  This is so true and it's sad 99.9% people in the world lies.  As for the remaining one percent, they are yet to be born.  It's rare seeing an honest person but when you begin to say the truth, people will begin to trust you more and it eventually brings and earn you a great deal of respect. 



2.Being Irresponsible : No matter who you are, no matter your age, if you are very irresponsible, there is no respect for you.  It's just as simple as that. People will see you as a total joke, a total failure and it doesn't end there.  You begin to get really frustrated and then, depression sets in. 

So,what to do? 
Change that mindset of yours and start gradually till it becomes so obvious that you are now a very responsible personnel and see things change for the better. 



3.Laziness: When you are lazy, even to look at an object becomes harder for you. Laziness is a very bad habit you need to conquer because it will surely rip you of so many opportunities that comes your way.  

Get up!  Do something. It's something you can break if truly you are ready.  Get up and do something, start gradually till you win and you will see yourself doing things you never thought you could do.

Stay Healthy With These Tips

In life only  the healthy ones really enjoy life to the fullest. No matter how rich you are, if you are not healthy it's all useless. 


So below I will be highlighting steps and things to do to stay healthy. 



1.Get Enough Sleep : Sleeping is the body's way of repairing and maintaining itself. During sleep the body eases some areas and the brain had the chance to exhance it's functionality. 
A person that lacks sleep can never be productive as one who does. Get some sleep my friend, it will go a long way in keeping you healthy. 



2.Eat Well: It's been said times without number that we are what we eat.  When you take balanced diet, you will definitely see the difference between it and smashing junks all up in your mouth.  Taking balanced diet enhances the body's growth and makes you healthy. 




3.Exercises: You need your body to be fit before claiming that you are really healthy. So many people find it hard to exercise daily but it's not necessarily until you jump or squat,just daily walking or jogging will do to keep you fit.
