1. One of the things that can damage your eyes in your 60s and above is sugary drinks. If you continue to drink these sugary things into your body on a regular basis, it can make you prone to different kinds of diseases and it can also cause harm to your eyes due to the high sugar content.



2. If you are the type that always eats fried foods on a regular basis like beans cakes, french fries and a whole lot of others, it can harm your eyes due to the high amount of trans fat. It can also increase your body cholesterol. So, you should avoid eating them on a daily basis.

3. You should also try your best to avoid eating processed meat on a regular basis because it contains a sufficient amount of sodium as a preservative. This sodium can cause damage to your eyes such as blurry vision and others.
