Ingredients For Vag!nal Steaming 

(1) Some Scent Leaves 
(2) Some Bitter Leaves 
(3) 2 Tablespoons Of Salt

Procedure: Put a considerable amount of scent leaves, bitter leaves and salt in a pot add some water to it and boil for 30 mins. 

Pour into a bucket high in length (to avoid burn). 

Sit on the bucket for 15 mins. 

Do this twice weekly for effectiveness. 

Vag!nal steaming helps fight urinary tract infection (UTI) and other infections, since urinary tract infection is the most common problem for women, help prevent it by giving proper vag!nal care and cleansing. 

It also helps to tighten the vag!nal and eliminates smell.
