Here Are Ways To Increase Self Confidence
~1.0 mins read
1. Be nice to yourself
That little voice that tells you you’re killin’ it (or not) is way more powerful than you might think. Make an effort to be kind to yourself and, if you do slip up, try to challenge any negative thoughts.
2. Nobody’s perfect
Always strive to be the best version of yourself, but it’s also important to accept that perfection is an unrealistic goal.
3. Remember that everyone makes mistakes
You’ve got to make mistakes in order to learn and grow, so try not to beat yourself up if you forget to hit CTRL+S on a super-important assignment. Everyone’s been there.
4. Focus on what you can change
It’s easy to get hung up on all the things that are out of your control, but it won’t achieve much. Instead, try to focus your energy on identifying the things that are within your control and seeing what you can do about them.
5. Celebrate the small stuff
You got up on time this morning. Tick. You poached your eggs to perfection. Winning. Celebrating the small victories is a great way to build confidence and start feeling better about yourself.

Checkout Ways To Deal With People That Hates You
~1.8 mins read
The truth is there’s very little that you can do if someone hates you. It’s unfortunate, but it’s the truth, and all you can do is work on ways to interact with that person as little as possible. If they truly do hate you, they’re likely going to try and avoid you as much as possible. If that’s the case, your best course of action is to allow them to avoid you whenever possible. From there, you want to make sure you’re aware of times you might need to be around each other.
So, how do you Deal with People who hate you?
1. There's always going to be some people who don’t like you and what you do.
But this is okay. Realize that you really don’t need to convince them of your personality or anything else. You don’t need to prove or justify anything because you don’t owe them shit.
In fact, you don’t even need to acknowledge them and if this hate really bothers you, then you gotta learn to be more confident in yourself and realize that not everyone is going to like you.
2. Don’t let their hatred make you stop whatever you are doing.
Any business owner, entrepreneur, consultant and regular person knows that if you let rejections, setbacks, and negative comments stop you from working towards your goals, you just won’t be successful.
You see, you got to ask yourself who and what you are actually doing all this for.
Are you doing this for yourself and your family, to realize your visions of the future, to create financial stability, live your dream life, and to provide real value to this world or are you doing it to be liked by everyone, to be seen as a good person, to be popular and to please people who don’t even know let alone care about you?
If you answered yes to any of the latter questions, then you are doing what you do for all the wrong reasons and must consider caring less about whether or not others approve of you and whatever you are doing.
3. Drown them with results.
If you are somewhat successful and sometimes get negative comments or destructive feedback from clients, customers or followers, then just keep doing what you do best and drown them in results.
