She is resilient and very decisive,she listens to all but chooses which one she will adhere to. She has come to the realization that everything she needs to fulfill her mission can be found within. She is not predictable but she is respected by everyone around her because she is in charge. She is not a dictator but is a sound leader, outstanding in whatever she does.
