How To Make Meat Pie

INGREDIENTS
8 Cups of flour
3 teaspoon of butter
1/2 litres of vegetable oil
Salt to taste
1 bulb of onion
1 litre of water
3 bulbs of tomatoes
500g of meat
2 Seasoning cube
2 teaspoon of ground pepper
2 tuber of big potatoes
 
METHOD
 
Chop the meat into pieces, peel and slice the onion, pepper, potatoes, and tomatoes into a pot and cook for about 10 - 5 minutes to tender. Mix the baking powder flour, salt, Add butter and seasoning and mix very well. Add a little and water and mix throughly. Then cut the pastry with knife. Put the mixture (meat, onion, tomatoes, potato, salt, pepper and seasoning) 2 teaspoon in each roll. Fold in any shape of your choice dress it with your fork. Spread on an oiled metal tray and bake for 20 - 30 minutes

Monday ▶️ Breakfast: Rice beans or soyabeans, cakebread/egg/milk/pancakes/breads/ jam, soyabeans milk.
Lunch : Rice/ beans/stew/ yoghurt, soyameal/vegetable soup/oranges, groundnut stew/rice, semovita/ amala/ogbono soup.
Dinner : Stew (pawpaw) agidi & akara (pawpaw) Amala/fufu/soup(pawpaw)
Tuesday ▶️ Breakfast : Beans/ egg/tea bread, oats/bread/egg pap moinmoin milk.
Lunch: Eba/semovita/tuo/vegetable soup, eba/ tuo/semovita/vegetable soup. Eba/pounded yam/soyameal, semovita,/amala/ogbono soup.
Dinner : Boiled plantain/egg of stew (pawpaw) amala/fufu/tuo soup (oranges) moinmoin, garri/pap.
Wednesday ▶️ Breakfast : pap/moinmoin, bread/egg/tea of milk toast/jan/egg/ orange juice, confalkes bread/ egg.
Lunch : Soyameal/tuo/eba/ semovita/ soup (orange) Rice/beans chicken, sauce rice/beans/vegetable soup, Soyameal, Amala, ogbono soup.
Dinner : Plantain/egg or stew. Rice/eba/stew (pawpaw) spaghetti/plantain or potatoes, yam vegetable soup or garden egg sauge.
Thursday ▶️ Breakfast : Pap/moinmoin/ milk, pap/ beans or moinmoin or milk bread/egg/milk conflakes/ bread/ eggs.
Lunch : Fufu/semovita/tuo/soup eba semovita/ vegetable soup. Eba/ tuo/ rice/ vegetable soup rice/ chicken/ groundnut soup.
Dinner : Pawpaw rice/beans/stew ( orange) boiled plantain/shamp vegetable, sauce potatoes/ Tomatoes.

Saturday ▶️ Breakfast : Yam/ egg sauce/ oranges pap/ moinmoin/milk pepper soup/ yam or bread, curried rice/ tomatoes egg sauce
Lunch : Rice/beans/stew fufu / Amala/ tuo/ vegetable soup eba/ starch/ tuo/ grounds rice.
Dinner : Fried rice/ vegetable salad Amala/ground rice/starch/soup boiled or roasted plantain/stew pancakes/bread beans boiled/ roasted plantain/ stew.
