INGREDIENTS
8 Cups of flour

METHOD
Chop the meat into pieces, peel and slice the onion, pepper, potatoes, and tomatoes into a pot and cook for about 10 - 5 minutes to tender. METHOD
1) Parboil the fish for 5 minutes, drain the water and pieces the fish.
