Cristiano Ronaldo: 101 Goals For The Portuguese Striker Include 9 Hat Tricks And 24 Headers.
~1.2 mins read
Cristiano Ronaldo has continued to break the records and set unparalleled numbers. The Portuguese striker has now scored 101 goals in the colours of his nation. A huge 9 hat tricks, 24 headers explain how Ronaldo 's goals for Portugal exceeded a century.
After Iran's Ali Daei, who has 109, Cristiano Ronaldo becomes the second man to cross a century of goals for his country-and is the first European ever to touch Ferenc Puskas, with 84, next nearest to three figures.
After netting its 100th and 101st international goals in Portugal's 2-0 win over Sweden in their UEFA Nations League clash, the Portuguese striker further validated his Greatest of all time status.
After firing an unstoppable freekick into the top corner of the post the Juventus attacker reached the milestone in style to give his side the lead just before the half-time whistle.
He then completed his brace in the 72nd minute with another stunning strike as his side cruised to a 2-0 win after the meeting. Also Ronaldo becomes the man with the most foreign goals scored by a player currently involved. Behind him are the Sunil Chhetri of India(72) and that Argentinean man(70). His brace against Sweden on Tuesday night, September 8, means the striker scored 7 goals against the country and the same goes for Lithuania according to the ESPN Stats and Information Group.
For his country Portugal, CR7 has 9 hat tricks. A European man-with Sweden's Sven Rydell (who played between 1923-1932)-is tied for the most international hat tricks. Ronaldo is the only European player to score in 10 consecutive international events (4 x Euros, 4 x World Cups, 1 x Confederations Cup, 1 x League of Nations). As a 30 + -year-old he has scored more goals than Sergio Aguero has in his entire international career (41), ensuring that Ali Daei's world record won't stand for much longer.

Odion Ighalo: Fernandes Is Ranking Nigerian Star As One Of The Best Legs For Man United.
~1.6 mins read
The new contract with Man United, by Odion Ighalo, will expire in January 2021.
The Nigerian star joined the the Red Devil's from Chinese Super League side Shanghai Shenhua's on loan.
Bruno Fernandes has now lauded the former Watford striker, claiming he's one of the best legs in the United.
Manchester United signing winter Bruno Fernandes has currently ranked Nigerian star Odion Ighalo among the best legs at Old Trafford.
The former Super Eagles striker joined the Red Devils earlier this year along with the Portugal international. Although the midfielder has signed a long-term contract with United, in January 2021 Ighalo 's reign at Old Trafford will come to an end. The former Watford star netted five goals and aided another in 19 games through club contests.
Before Chelsea stopped them in the semifinal of their FA Cup clash in mid-July, both stars contributed to United's 19-match unbeaten run.

Meanwhile, the former Sporting Lisbon player was said to have improved his team's mood when he arrived about nine months ago. He also helped them to finish third on the Premier League table-in the latter end of the 2019-20 season, displacing the Blues and Leicester City.
Fernandes told the official website of Man United that he was not alone in turning the fortunes of the club around last season, adding that Ighalo had also played his part. "We have players on the bench who can do very well," said Fernandes as he looked back on his England first few months.
'And we got Odion [Ighalo] who could score, he could run, he was a good sprinter. "I think Odion is the fourth-most-goal guy last season for United and he signed with me in January."
Fernandes joined the Red Devils in a move from Sporting CP for around €68 million and scored eight goals with seven assists in an impressive start to his reign in the Premier League.
Since joining Manchester United last year on loan from Chinese Super League giants Shanghai Shenhua the Nigerian footballer has been impressive.
United chiefs purchased Odion Ighalo when Marcus Rashford was wounded at Old Trafford and the Nigerian proved himself to be an extension.
