This is another thing you should do whenever a girl leaves you for another man, you should separate yourself from everything that concerns her. You need to heal from the heartbreak, and the easiest way you do that is to separate yourself from everything that can keep bringing back her the memory of her, everything that can keep reminding you of her. This is what would help you focus on some other things, it would free up some rooms in your cognitive space, that would allow the opportunity to think of other things aside from her.

3.      Concentrate on improving yourself

This is perhaps the most important step you’ll take; this is how you make corrections to avoid a repeat of what happened, in your future relationships. To do this, you will need to evaluate the relationship you just lost, identify the likely reasons why the girl left you for another man, and the things you can do to change that in your future relationships.

This might also help you rediscover yourself and find some other things you’re passionate about outside of relationships and love matters. So, concentrate on improving yourself and you would have healthier future relationships.
