"WHAT OIL DO YOU HIDE IN YOUR BOSSOM?"

2 Kings 4:1-6 NKJV

[1] A certain woman of the wives of the sons of the prophets cried out to Elisha, saying, "Your servant my husband is dead, and you know that your servant feared the LORD. And the creditor is coming to take my two sons to be his slaves." 

[2] So Elisha said to her, "What shall I do for you? Tell me, what do you have in the house?" And she said, "Your maidservant has nothing in the house but a jar of oil." 

[3] Then he said, "Go, borrow vessels from everywhere, from all your neighbors-empty vessels; do not gather just a few. 

[4] And when you have come in, you shall shut the door behind you and your sons; then pour it into all those vessels, and set aside the full ones." 

[5] So she went from him and shut the door behind her and her sons, who brought the vessels to her; and she poured it out. 

[6] Now it came to pass, when the vessels were full, that she said to her son, "Bring me another vessel." And he said to her, "There is not another vessel." So the oil ceased.

You are a Prophet or a Minister of the Lord. So What!!!?

You are the wife of a Prophet or a servant of the Lord. So What???

You are a Widow or an Orphan or Unemployed, So What!!?

THE CREDITORS ARE COMING TO TAKE YOUR TWO SONS AND YOU KEEP A JAR OF OIL AT HOME!

YOU ARE CONTINUOUSLY UNDER OPPRESSION AND ATTACKS OF THE DEVIL AND YOU KEEP A JAR OF OIL IN YOUR BEDROOM. 

There are multitude of EMPTY VESSELS all around you WAITING FOR THE POURING OF YOUR OIL, and you KEEP A JAR OF OIL AT HOME!

There are multitudes of Neighbors who would gladly offer their empty vessels to receive THE POURING OF THE OIL FROM YOUR JAR, and you keep the Jar of Oil to your self!

Now the Oppressors are tormenting you and you are running around!

The Spiritual creditors are pursuing your blessings and provisions and depleting your purses and storehouse and you are panicking around, fasting and praying and running from valleys to many mountains to see Prophets and Preachers! YET, YOU KEEP A JAR OF OIL IN YOUR HOUSE.

Why won't OPPRESSORS and SUPPRESSORS haunt you? 

Why won't FORCES OF DARKNESS and many "Olopa Okunkun" pursue you and your family? 

Why won't Evil Pursuers chase you from this Earth to your Dream land? 

Why won't, upon all your Fasting and Prayers and Vigils and Offering and Tithes, the TORMENTORS shoot arrows of disfavor and tears at you? 

Why won't PROMOTIONS and ELEVATIONS elude you? 

Why won't you GAMBLE around from Lagos to London and from 

Port-Harcourt to Portugar and landing back at Murtala Muhammed Int'l Airport, Lagos, with nothing tangible to show for your years of roaming about in the land of the Whites. 

Yet, you keep blowing TONGUES and casting out Devils and running around the church, "busy but doing nothing".

Dear Brothers, 

YOU CARRY IN YOUR BOSSOM, A JAR OF OIL THAT IS MEANT TO FILL SEVERAL EMPTY VESSELS OF THE PEOPLE AROUND YOU! 

How many lives have your living spiritually impacted? 

How many souls have been lifted up by your wonderful GIFTS that you carry about? 

Dear Sisters, 

YOUR GIFTS OF SINGING AND ACTING, your wonderful Gifts of Writing and Literary Composition, your amazing gifting of Interior Decoration and Culinary, ALL HAVE A MAJOR SLOT IN THE LORD'S PROGRAM OF THE END-TIME. 

THERE ARE SEVERAL HUNGRY, THIRSTY, AND HOPELESS VESSELS waiting to be gladly filled if there is a Jar of Oil ready to pour out into them. 

During the Mount Zion 20th Anniversary in 2005, a brother was invited. He was a christian standup Comedian. We laughed and we cried inwardly as he was punching us all with incredible revelation of the Word of God. He was preaching to us and speaking the truths to us, and rebuking so many who are sluggards and spiritually lazy in the House of God. He corrected a lot of Ungodly attitudes of God's children. He never blasphemed the name of the Lord. He never touched on the Sacred Matters. He never moved near the Servants of God in his words. He embellished his moment with combination of fantastic inspiring music. He came upon the altar and left us all stupefied with the deep Words he left behind for us. 

That is Christian Comedian.   

Your Gift of Singing, is the Jar of Oil, POUR IT OUT!

Your Gift of Acting, is the Jar of Oil, POUR IT OUT! 

Your Gift of Decoration and Cooking is the Jar of Oil, Fit yourself into the Ministry or Calling where you can serve the Multitudes and POUR IT OUT! The Gifting is not to Bless you alone, You are to be a Blessing to Multitudes. 

Your Writing Skill is not meant for writing nonsense on the social media, stop this Unhealthy Ministry of Gossips and False Reports, YOU ARE WASTING THE OIL AND POURING IT AWAY WHERE IT IS NOT NEEDED. 

Why Reposting Lies and Falsehood? 

Why Reposting what has not blessed you in particular? 

Why Reposting Hates and Incitement to Wickedness? 

Why deliberately standing and Writing against Righteousness and Godliness?

You are Wasting Your Oil!

What is God's Business in the Pictures of your new pair of shoes on Facebook and Twitter? 

What is the business of Dying Souls with your Pictures of new wrist watches and the Ice Cream and Chicken you are eating in MacDonalds and Dr. Cooks? 

They are not Wrong...But they are not Perfect.

Devourers, Oppressors, Tormentors, and Suppressors will turn back when you begin to pour the Oil into Empty Vessels all around you.

*Civil Unrest in Nigeria: What Should I Do As a Muslim?*

Our dear country Nigeria is in a state of emergency — given the violence, destruction and killings happening in some parts of the country as the consequence of the hijack of the EndSARS protests by hoodlums, and the crackdown on protesters.

We are all devastated by the casualties of the unrest and yet unfolding crises. Sadly, the crises are now taking ethno-religious dimensions.

What should you do as a Muslim?

*1. Embrace peace and spread it*

“O You who believe! Enter absolutely into peace (Islam). Do not follow in the footsteps of satan. He is an outright enemy to you.” (Quran: 2: 208)

*2. Shun violence*

And fear the fitnah (affliction and unrest) that will not smite those who do wrong among you alone. Know that Allah is severe in punishment. (Quran 8: 25)

*3. Repel hostility with patience*

And obey Allah and His Messenger, and do not dispute (with one another) lest you lose courage and your strength departs; and be patient. Surely, Allah is with the patients. (Quran 8: 46)

*4. Don’t engage in ethnic prejudice*

O mankind! Indeed We have created you from a male (Adam) and a female (Eve) and made you into nations and tribes that you may know one another (not that you may despise). Verily, the noblest of you in the sight of Allah is the most righteous of you. Indeed, Allah is Knowing and Acquainted. (Quran 39:13)

*5. Report unlawful activities*

And they [believers] are those who, if We give them authority in the land, establish prayer and give zakah and enjoin what is right and forbid what is wrong. To Allah belongs the outcome of [all] matters. (Quran 22: 41)

*6. Be a true Muslim*

You are the best of peoples ever raised up [as an example] for mankind. You enjoin what is right and forbid what is wrong and believe in Allah. (Quran 3: 110)

*7. Obey law and order*

O you who have believed, obey Allah and obey the Messenger and those in authority among you. And if you disagree over anything, refer it to Allah and the Messenger, if you should believe in Allah and the Last Day. That is the best [way] and best in result. (Quran 4: 59)

*8. Seek forgiveness and pray for the nation*

And said, ‘Ask forgiveness of your Lord. Indeed, He is ever a Perpetual Forgiver. He will send [rain from] the sky upon you in [continuing] showers. And give you increase in wealth and children and provide for you gardens and provide for you rivers. (Quran 71: 10–12)

*9. Don’t share fake or inciting news*

“O you who believe! Fear Allah, and be with those who are true (in words and deeds).” [Qur’an, 9:119]

Then whoever argues with you about it after [this] knowledge has come to you — say, “Come, let us call our sons and your sons, our women and your women, ourselves and yourselves, then supplicate earnestly [together] and invoke the curse of Allah upon the liars [among us].” (Quran 3: 61)
